Heritage Grand Inn

Property was okay but is I’m staying somewhere and spending money for services offered I expect a hot breakfast when they say continental breakfast included and I also expect clean towels everyday without me having to clean room and pick them all up.

Worst part was since we booked through Expedia we had to wait 45 minutes while they tried to talk to Expedia to get on the hotel/Expedia website so they could get all the numbers the hotel needed for cost, taxes, and Expedia’s but for booking the room. I will never go through Expedia again!

Property is pretty clean. Quiet. Good dwal for the price. Cold breakfast for free.

Clean rooms, and lobby. Front desk employees are nice. I hope my favorite Front desk guy is there next week, he is the best!!

I reserved another night on Expedia, but didn't tell the front desk. The guy af the front let me stay way after check out not knowing I reserved another night. When he called he was very nice, abd checked me in the same room. I will stay here everytime I'm in town.

This hotel was pretty rough. It was clean at least. The room had some issues. The AC unit has a bad vibration that kept my wife up most of the night.

We were not able to stay for breakfast but everything looked good

The Hotel was not as picture, could benefit from some improvements. The cleanliness was below expectation, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout. The property feels outdated, and an upgrade or renovation would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The guy at the front desk is so nice, very accommodating. He gave me the same room from my last visit, Love this room!!

Rooms are spotless and updated. Guy at the front desk is very nice, and kept his cool when I argued (sorry)!! I will be back

The room and hotel was dirty and in severe need of repair. There was no continental breakfast, didn’t clean our room, no one was at the front desk, just a constant sigh saying they would be back in 15 minutes. The hotel staff was rude. I will never use Hotels.com again!!

It is perfectly acceptable.

Very dated. Beds were uncomfortable and you could hear everything in the building from your room.

Would’ve stayed a second night but the room was …not good. Although a non-smoking room, it stunk like smoke. The tub was filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything. The “breakfast” was unimpressive and the styrofoam coffee cups were too small. I stayed here two years ago and did not encounter these problems. It has really gone down. Based on this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Just need to dust all areas but basicly it was clean and everyone was very nice

This hotel certainly has some promise but they need to reinvest some money into the hotel especially the bath rooms. The tub has stains in it from not thoroughly cleaning. The toilet was leaking all over the floor and the faucet leaked also. The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. It just needs an update. The young man behind the desk was helpful so that was good. The Continental breakfast was a little boring. It could also use an update.

Good and affordable place to stay while we had just 1 night in the area. Only cold breakfast served.

Hotel was very clean and quiet.
