I have no idea how this hotel got Michelin key. Stuff was unfriendly and completely unwilling to help. Amenities super minimal. For the same price I could have booked Intercontinental in Polanco

A localização é excelente; a comida do café da manhã e os quartos são ótimos. A staff é super atenciosa e demonstrou disposição para resolver qualquer problema relacionado à minha estadia.

Cons:

Atrás do hotel havia um restaurante e, em um determinado dia, o exaustor do próprio restaurante reverberava no quarto. Assim que fiz a reclamação, a staff me realocou para um quarto melhor, sanando o meu problema.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il propose des vélos pour des ballades en journée ce qui est assez pratique. Nous avons été charmé dès notre arrivée par sa décoration soignée et son style - nous avions plus le sentiment d'être dans une belle demeure qu'un hôtel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est bon mais un peu frugal.
