Comfortable stay for 3 days in Polanco.
Pros:

Good breakfast, good location, comfortable beds, great room. Nice patio to relax. Bar service for when you return after long day of exploring the city or after dinner, liked that very much and very friendly bar dude. We stayed on top suite, huge and great. Beautiful building and decorations nice and full of character.

Cons:

I didn't think the check-in/out was very professional. Not the most friendly welcome. They can improve on that service. I would rate this as a 3star hotel.

Excellent mostly!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, as well as service and staff were exceptional. Great location and bed was very comfortable. Easy check in process too.

Cons:

Breakfast service could use some more help to speed up the service. More local and sport channels available. Carrying your luggage up and down the stairs was a bit challenging and can be dangerous, facility should look into some easier way for visitors to either carry their luggage up to their rooms as well as down the stairs so someone does not get injuried.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The people/ staff were helpful, friendly and supported us with questions and arrangements we needed.
The common area is well kept and beautiful.
Location was also very nice.
The house and the rooms are clean and well kept.
The patios are pelasant to be sitting there in the morning for coffee.
Loved their “ cafe de olla” and their pastriee.

Cons:

I dont think breakfasts are Michelin Star quality.
Bedroom didnt have any windows. The only window led to a hallway. We couldn’t wait to get out of the bedroom and it was a shame as i love staying in hotel rooms when i want ro resr. This one, i needed to get out asap as it felt like trapped in a dark box

The Michelin star was highly overrated.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood.
The property itself was pretty.The public areas were very attractive.

Cons:

The rooms were not so spacious. We had to ask to change our room because there were no closets or any storage for our clothes and belongings.
Compared to the price the rooms were not worth it.There were no facilities like a restaurant.

A cool boutique hotel in easy walking distance of shops and restaurants
Pros:

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel has lots of character and is situated in a quiet location near to the upmarket stores in Polanco. The breakfast choices were really good!

Cons:

A separate shower rather than an 'in bath' shower would have been better for us.
