Pros:

The little pool was ok- location was not in a nice area- garbage filled the gutters and empty lots - The police tried to extort money from me-
My room had no toilet seat- no toilet paper - no shower head- no hot water- bugs- and the room was never cleaned in 7 days - bad first impression of the Dominican!

Pros:

This hotel is an scam, , do not accept credit card, no hot water, refrigerator full of mold, and the bed has bedbug... there some other people with the same complaint, and the owner said no refunfd money. ..horrible place!

Hidden treasures
Pros:

The staff could not do enough to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The Dominican breakfast every morning was great. Since the hotel is small and quite, it's paradise behind the gate.

Cheap hotel in the ghetto it seems
Pros:

Booked this hotel thinking it was close to the airport and didn't look bad in the pictures.
11 miles away and seems they cut off the top of the building still under construction
Looked in the room regardless. Lady didn't have a key and just messed with the door and it opened. Room looked clean but smelled like cat pee . We did not stay . No refund apparently. I didn't expect much for the price but would not have slept well here .

The worst hotel we every had
Pros:

Our first night in Punta Cana was so disappointing to my kids when we arrived at the hotel. The check in almost took an hour. The room are floppy. No sheets, no blanket, and no hot water at all! We have to get used to shower in cold water. The refrigerator is not functioning, neither is the stove. The neighborhood is unsafe. There's a lady factory in sight. The only highlights are some flowers along the way, which is showing in the picture.
