Booked this hotel for 9 days what a mistake!!!
During check in reception person grabbed a can of of air freshener I asked her what that was for she said to make the room smell fresh. As soon as I view room the bed had visible stain on bedding the small couch was filthy. And the room had a over powering smell of mold. I did not stay I promptly contacted Expedia about the condition of the room and that I wanted to cancel my reservation. To my knowledge Expedia has attempted 2 times to email property with no response. fellow travellers. Beware of this place it's horrible

The WiFi is poor and the area it is in means your phone 4/5g struggles. Location is superb.

Good staff. But room not serviced every day.

Arrived to check in only to be told rooms have no wifi, only the lobby. No point in staying. I changed hotels immediately. Girl behind the counter was VERY rude. I wont ever reserved a room in any OYO hotels again.

This hotel is NOT as advertised on Booking.com
Was promised Wi-Fi in all areas and payment by credit card.
As I approached the lady at the desk she brusquely asked me for “passport “ then proceeded to tell me there was no Wi-Fi and we could go to another hotel if we wanted.
I asked to see the room which she grudgingly showed me. It was ok but very dark. On my brief inspection it seemed to have the basic necessities.
On returning to the desk she took and copied our passports and then showed us the payment due which she said could only be paid by cash. She was not interested when I said Booking.com said they accepted credit cards.
By this time I was so annoyed with her attitude and the misrepresentation of the hotel facilities that we walked out having retrieved the photocopy of our passports.
This hotel should be removed from Booking.com as it does not present them in a good light. In all my years of travelling I have never before had trouble with a hotel booked through them.

In the middle of the central chaos of Pattaya there is this small, delicious hotel surrounded by an amazing garden, with a creek just in front each room at the ground floor, no noise, huge rooms with every comfort, helpful staff. After a day out, it seems to come back in your private paradise.

Groups of Asian Tourists make incredible noise, Cleaning Lady is stealing coins when they are lying in the room, Management completely helpless and not open to critics and i guess the Fotos of the "Room with City View" say enough. Never again

This time i was very lucky to get there junior suit at a really low price the room was by far the biggest iv stayed in , im not sure how many there are like this in the hotel.

This hotel is at the end of a small soi , but close to a big shopping ,food cinema complex, and with bars to the left and right , but its far enough back from the main road, and is settled in a little oasis of trees and water features making a lovely chilled place to relax .

Both the day time and evening reception, and general staff were excellent, always ready to help with anything.

The cleaning staff prompt and did a great job.

Yes it misses a pool, but thats the only downside i love this place and will continue to use

It was my first trip in Pattaya and I was looking for quiet place to relax and rest after parties. Me and my wife found this place charming. Staff was very helpful(thank you!) and rooms were clean. Suitable for families and couples.

The hotel is a really nice and sweet hotel in pattaya. It is really close to the Main Street but really really quiet. The rooms are amazingly clean, and the hotel staff is really flexible, I would recommend this hotel and I would come again.

Stayed here 25th December till 9th January it is in a nice location quite but central to every were it is very basic but very clean ,shower not the most powerfull but warm ,was dissapointed we had no fridge or any were we could sit out side on balcony . But you get what you pay for bed was so comfortable along with pillows .but was pleasant place and great place just to get your head down at night

Stayed here in the middle of April with a friend.

Didn't like the noise at night as the hotel is near markets and bars.

Room is not as advertised: only three working plugs, nowhere to dry clothes, no bathrobes and single glazed windows (noise and vibration are extreme from the outside).

However, all staff were attentive, friendly and helpful at reception.

Overall, nice hotel for party lovers but for a short time.

Located in the heart of Pattaya, right in front of the biggest shopping-center (Centre Festival) of the city and surrounded by pulsing nightlife. The beach is ten minutes walk. At the same time the hotel is fairly quite because it is located in a small street without go go bars.
My room was cozy and clean. The housekeeping service is provided late in the morning to allow customers to have enough sleep after partying all night.
The rates are reasonable and the staff friendly.
I was only a bit disappointed by the lack of credit-card readers to pay for the accommodation and wifi not working in my room (have to come close to the reception to get the signal).
I would come back again.
