Pros:

Hotel has an amazing location, which is just next to Senso-ji temple and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Also, metro and bus stations are only 5 min away from the hotel, so this gives you great mobility. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and you can have complimentary drinks during lounge hours. The staff was great; they were respectful, very friendly and always ready to help, I really appreciate their attitude. And lastly both bed and pillows were quite comfortable, which is a hard thing to find in hotels.

Cons:

The room and bathroom was a little small, and there were no wardrobes to put your stuff so it is hard to settle

Местоположение - супер! отличный завтрак

Cons:

Я бронировал номер на 4-х. В номере были 3 кровати и диван. Но диван не раскладной. И без белья. На вопрос - как спать вчетвером сказали - а у нас трехместные номера.......

Pros:

Very friendly staff and a great location with views of Sensoji Temple. Our initial room was tiny for a family of three which was completely my fault for not reading the details more closely. The staff was able to upgrade us to a significantly bigger room for a small fee. Highly recommended this hotel.

The best spot in Asakusa
Pros:

The location was excellent! It was steps away from Senso-Ji temple, plenty of restaurants around the corner, and supermarkets. The property is very calm, we could barely hear other guests. The mattress is comfortable but the best feature is the shower!

Great location, comfortable bed
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and I slept well every day. The room was small but perfectly adequate. The hotel is very close to a famous temple yet quiet. The metro station is also close by, which makes it perfect as the base.

Cons:

There was a little bit of old carpet smell at the start and then after vacuum cleaning. The housekeeping selection and status update system on the flatscreen was a bit cumbersome.

Pros:

部屋がきれいで、広かった。
3人目のベットもしっかりしていて良かった。
受け付けの方が親切に対応してくれて助かりました。

Cons:

パジャマのボタンが1つ無かった。
部屋の温度調整がうまくできなかった。
3人で宿泊しましたが、カードキーが1枚だったので、1人が部屋から出るとき困りました。（カードキーが無いとエレベーターに乗れないので）
利用の前日タクシーの予約をしましたが、いっぱいで断られました。当日配車頼んだら直ぐにタクシーきましたが、いつ来るのか時間ばかり気になり朝食が楽しめませんでした。

Comfortable, spacious and clean room that is value for money
Pros:

Love the location where we are a stone throw away from the Sensoji, Uniqlo, Donki and food street. We were able to see and observe the bustling activities in the comfort of our room and be immersed in that atmosphere within minutes. Richmond was also a stone throw away from Asaskusa View Hotel (3 mins away) which allows us to board the airport limousine bus easily to get to the airport, instead of juggling with our luggage on trains.

Cons:

The location is quite a distance from the metro station as the nearest Tsukuba express is not something we could take with our metro train pass. This made getting around beyond Asakusa a bit less convenient.
