Clean, pleasant staff, nice breakfast with an excellent location.
The room was only serviced every three days which was not acceptable, I consider I had paid for a daily room service in the tariff.
The location is amazing and the view from the corner room was amazing. Everything you need at your door step.
The room was not that clean, there was rubbish under the bed from someone else. The bathroom had hair in the shower and in the floor. They kept giving me one towel and I had to keep asking for another one. The room smelt like cigarettes.
I asked for eco clean “make bed and replace towels and rubbish” and I was given one towel and the bed wasn’t even made.
The next day someone came to the room and handed me a rubbish bag and a towel?? I had to ask her to take my old rubbish and she sighed at me and put the arm out, I went and collected it and handed it to her and she walked off.
Location. Value for Money. View on the temple
Staff doesnt speak English in 2026 in Tokyo!!!
Staff more of a Toyota plant controlling clients than advising and/or serving them!!!
Staff shouldnt work in a hotel lobby!!!!
Great location nice buffet breakfast clean rooms enough space for 3 to sleep (we were 2 adults one 12y
Excellent view on asakusa temple from room 03 whatever floor (we styaed in 2 different room x03)
Nice japanese style bathroom
Sofa not converted to extra bed ou futon despite enough space and asking for it (sofa still ok as it was large and extra blanket)
Spacious room and clean. good breakfast. Location was also good
Although the hotel was indeed clean, the area close to the hotel was full of rats at night because the nearby good stores left the carnage on the ground in plastic bags, exposed to rats.

Hotel not adapted to family with more than 1 kid
Staff is too inquisitive/aggressive especially with breakfast tickets!!! That was a nightmare for them to apply booking.com policy: child is under 18 years old not under 8 years old as per Richmond hotels policy. My kid of 7years has been upgraded to 8y and considered as an adult😀 Moreover for the brekfast price we paid for a large group, limited choices for children. Staff doesn't speak English in a very touristic area in Tokyo!!! It was a NIGHTMARE dealing with them re. Breakfast's tickets like in WW2 and everything else except for May the woman from Vietnam who helped solve all the issues!....another woman asked to calculate the number of mackerel pieces left after brekfast!. We are not in an automotive plant, this is hotel BON SANG!!!! MINDSET should CHANGE
Our stay was absolutely incredible. The deluxe corner room overlooked the shrine and a beautiful street of Asakusa. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the facilities clean and comfortable. The bathtub and the room could have been a little bigger, but it's still bigger than other hotel rooms I stayed at in Tokyo! Overall I'd highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a beautiful stay in Asakusa :)
The laundry machines didn't dry clothes properly and you needed to do multiple cycles, so it's important to budget the extra dryer cycles in advance
Awesome location
Beautiful views from the corner room. Spacious and clean, big and confortable bed. Staff was nice and helpful.
