I always stay in Asakusa and tried many hotels but Richmond is a lot spacious and close to everything. Don Quijite is just across the hotel and that's important lol 😆

Amazing location, beautiful view to our room. Exceptional staff
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised to be given a room which had the view to Sensoji temple and tokyo tower. Staff were exceptional and diligent, we requested for the Yamato service and luggage was delivered to our kyoto accommodation as requested.

Cons:

Despite bathroom was a bit outdated/retro (except the toilet) but didn’t matter too much as the room has an amazing view.

Loved the facilities, location and free amenities.

Cons:

The toilet paper! Oh my goodness, it was rough and very thin.
The laundry was good but the drying part wasnt great, didn't dry my clothes well.

Hotel is at very good location with all the popular places within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and the room is so spacious, well designed and most importantly super clean. Provide complete toiletries and also drip coffee. Highly recommended.
