Erholung in der Thermenstadt
Pros:

Neu renovierte Zimmer, leider mit dunklem Holz, aber dennoch schön gemacht.

Cons:

Tischeinteilung zum Frühstück und Abendessen ohne mit dem Gast vorher abzustimmen. Mehrere Personen an einem Tisch, Zweiertische nur umständlich zu bekommen vor Ort.

Die Verpflegung. Der Wellness Bereich. Veranstaltungen im Bar Bereich.

Cons:

Man hätte innerhalb von 7 Übernachtungen wenigstens 1 - 2 mal mit dem Mop durchwischen müssen. Zimmer und Bad.
Sorry. Sonst keine Beanstandungen.

Das Serviceteam im Gastrobereich ist sehr freundlich . Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Wenn man über Booking com bucht, muss man beim Einchecken den Aufenthalt im voraus bezahlen, angeblich wg Abreise der Kunden mit unbezahlten Rechnungen und Vandalismus. Ich bin 70 Jahre alt und Vandalismus liegt mir fern, ich war anfangs deswegen ziemlich verärgert. Der Büffetbereich ist zu klein und zu laut wenn an den Tischen daneben plaziert wird und das Hotelwie Osterngut besuchtwar.. An der Qualität beim Abendessen kann man noch etwas arbeiten. Die Abreise muß man schon um 10h früh vornehmen.

Pros:

Ich war mit meiner Schwester das erste Mal in diesem Hotel, wir waren gleich begeistert. Sehr nettes Personal, super Service! Das Früh und Abendbüffett war sehr reichhaltig und super lecker 😋 es ließ keine Wünsche offen! Wir werden bestimmt nächstes Jahr wieder kommen !!!

Clean friendly old school hotel for seniors, not for young modern active people.
Pros:

Clean rooms, steam, sauna, pool. When the lobby bar was closed by some accident, we were able to buy some drinks in hotel restaurant.

Cons:

old school hotel, no elevator to underground garage. But! despite it is not a modern hotel, everting was working well and personal was friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Lage für Besuche der Thermen ist super.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein noch nicht renoviertes Zimmer. Die Düsen in der Dusche waren total verkalkt, es wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt/geputzt und es hat im Zimmer immer wieder nach Abwasser gerochen.

Super Essen, schönes solebad. Sauna sehr schön mit Handtüchern.

Cons:

Wir waren morgens schwimmen und wollten die Handtücher der Sauna benutzen, Sauna war zu und ich fände es gut, wenn im Schwimmbad auch Handtücher zur Verfügung stehen würden.

У моего мужа 29 марта было день рождения, при заселении 28 марта я сказала об этом на ресепшен. Но, к сожалению, отель не посчитал нужным поздравить именинника. Мы много где отдыхали и в день рождения всегда приносили фрукты, тортик , шампанское. Очень жаль

Da Wir nur 10 Punkte geben konnten ,is es eigentlich klar das Wir es Vollauf genoßen haben.Personal Top,Service Top, Essen Top...Selbst die enge Tiefgarage war mit paar Lenkmanövern zu schaffen😉 ...Deshalb wäre dieser einzige kleine Mangel ,keinen Abstrich wert. Das Personal war wie immer Top

Cons:

Ohne gefragt zu werden an einen Tisch mit Fremden gesetzt zu werden.
Man könnte zumindest fragen ob das auch passt.
Immerhin hatten wir unseren Hochzeitstag und den wollen wir für uns genießen.
