Grand Hotel Pavone

I have to say this was the worst hotel experience of my life.

Loud music was played in the bar until midnight, and then the noise continued in the rooms and corridors. No soundproofing whatsoever. We didn't sleep all night.

There was no soap or shampoo in the room. We had to share one towel. We got another towel the next day after asking 3 times for it.

The older male worker was very impolite. Other workers were nice, although none of them spoke any English.

The beds were horrible. The mattress sprigs left marks on your body.

The dining room decor was dreary. And the breakfast - just a cup of coffee with one croissant.

Old hotel with very noisy rooms. We could hear everything from the neighbours! No working wifi. The rooms were cleaned I guess but leftovers in the fridge from previous hotel guests. The bathroom had water leak at the ceiling and black mould in the corners.

Ho dovuto ripagare nonostante la prenotazione e pagamento con expedia, colazione quasi assente.

La steuttura è ottima, le camere sono pulite e grandi abbstanza per un soggiorno confortevole, bagno idem. Tutto lo staff molto disponibile e premuroso tranne il ragazzo del turno di notte che non si è comportato benissimo ma abbiamo gia parlato con il proprietario ed è tutto risolto.
Consigliatissima la cena con menù fisso, piatti abbondanti e gustosi. La cameriera è simpaticissima e disponibilissima; stessa cosa per la ragazza in reception di giorno, davvero davvero gentile e disponibile.

Struttura e arredi un po' datati, ma la pulizia e la cortesia sono stati eccellenti!

We found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. We came for the remembrance ceremony by motorcycle and we were given a warm welcome.

Hotel ideale per una sosta lungo un viaggio. Pulizia camere. Arredi datati. Climatizzatore silenzioso e efficiente.

struttura vecchia prezzo non in linea con i servizi offerti (praticamente nulli) personle incompetente ma gentile. prima colazione scarsa in un locale con puzza di fumo. una notte abbiamo atteso più di mezz'ora fuori al freddo in attesa che il portiere ci aprisse. Dov'era veramente??

Me and my family throughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We arrived late travelling from the North of Italy and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The evening meal and breakfast was very nice and simple. Good range to choose from. The room's themselves are basic, but the beds where comfortable and each room had an air-conditionair, which where quite. Also, the dinning hall was very impressive with the paintings and decor. In addition, the hotel is in a great location as it is very close to the motorway and a 10 minute drive away from the Polish cemetery in Monte Cassio from WW2.

Overall, the hotel was a great experience and is an excellent stopping point for anyone travelling to the North of Italy or the South. Thanks to all the staff!

l emplacement de cet hôtel se situe a moitie distance entre mon domicile et la ville ou réside ma famille lieu de destination annuel, peut être je l utiliserais tous les ans.

Albergo vicinissimo all' uscita del' autostrada, comodo per una sosta durate un viaggio. Un po' datato, ma comunque pulito, con personale molto gentile e con una buona colazione considerato che l' albergo e abbastanza economico.

Wi-fi gratuito che si sconnette frequentemente. Ristorante in loco un po' caro e con una pecca....presenta il conto totale senza il dettaglio delle ordinazioni.

I have to say is older but did job for me when i was traveling to Napoli. I have to say people where very good and is just few meters from highway. Very good price for one night. Normal breakfast with all needed and serving done well.

The place looks a bit worn and long time since it was in its prime. The room was clean and well equipped. Good nights sleep, Staff looked after us very well. Good simple food. Excellent breakfast. Very good position for getting on the nearby A1. Only 5 mins drive up the road up to the twisty lane up to Monte Cassino Abbey and close to the war graves memorial too. I would stay here again

Albergo poco curato per comfort e pulizia. Acqua calda assente alla doccia del mattino. Aria condizionata eccessivamente rumorosa. A poche centinaia di metri dalla autostrada.
