dimensione della camera, pulizia, disponibilità della reception

Cons:

costo di € 25 a notte per il cagnolino eccessivo per offerta di ciotola e cuscino all'arrivo
le luci delle scale non funzionanti nonostante dopo la prima notte si fosse avvisato in reception di provvedere per buio totale sia al piano che alle scale per tutte le sere/notti
mancanza di illuminazione anche nel garage che con le pareti nere non permette una visione adeguata

Appartamenti in un contesto con un albergo a 4 stelle

Appartamento molto luminoso con vista mare

Cons:

Appartamento un po’ datato (in fase di ristrutturazione gli altri appartamenti vicini) non fornito dí tutto (spugna per i piatti, detersivo piatti…).
Purtroppo al nostro arrivo non c’è stata la corrente per tutto il giorno e l’appartamento non era riscaldato.
Non chiaro l’ingresso perché non c’è l’insegna ALTAMAREA, quindi non subito individuabile

Posizione splendida, personale cortese e molto disponibile, camera confortevole e correttamente accessoriata, ottima la pulizia della camera e delle parti comuni.

Sicuramente la struttura è molto bella e fa parte di un comprensorio molto elegante in una zona vista mare.

Cons:

Ci hanno chiesto 25 € al giorno per il soggiorno del cane… E sinceramente per un appartamento mi sembra esagerato. Ci sono stati dei lavori per tutto il mio soggiorno, il primo giorno ci hanno consegnato l’appartamento in ritardo perché stavano facendo dei lavori sull’aria condizionata e l’ultimo giorno hanno interrotto la corrente quindi mi sono dovuta fare quattro piani di scale con le valigie a scendere, perché gli ascensori erano bloccati.
