The facility itself was adequate, but not having Internet service in this day and time does not make sense.
Pros:

The hotel is still fairly new, so things are in pretty decent shape. However, the care and upkeep of the rooms seems to be deteriorating quicker than they should. Also, the cleanliness level is not great.

Cons:

We have stayed at this property, I believe, four times. Two of the times were two weeks in a row. And rather recent. Both times there was no Internet service. When we reported it to Booking.com, the property lied and said the Internet was just fine. The first week when we checked in, there was a man in front of us who was complaining about no Internet service. We had to use personal data and a hotspot the entire time of both of those days. Not having Internet service was bad enough, but then lying about it was much worse.

I always try to stay here anytime I’m in the Tulsa area.
Pros:

The breakfast was nothing special, but not bad either. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the location.

The bed was very uncomfortable the pool door was broke and we got stuck inside the pool the tv had a white dot in the center and the shower head was terrible
