Good location, right off the interstate. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
When I stayed there were several little league teams staying in the hotel so it was a little noisy.
The front desk person was away when we arrived and we waited for 10 minutes. She was very helpful and got us extra towels and bedding needed for all of us.
The hotel is clearly understaffed. Breakfast was okay but not enough seating space, so arrive early! The place is older and definitely needs an upgrade. The bathroom wasn't super clean and their body wash bottle in the shower was totally empty. The A/C had a moldy smell to it. TV didn't work and if my husband wasn't technically inclined, it would not have worked. The carpet and furniture were stained and unkept.
Plenty of choices
Friendly staff, good location, breakfast was ok, we loved the coffee machine.
Closet door was loose, toilet took some time to flush, one time we had to open the top to put it back so it could store water to flush properly, we noticed some carpet stains on the hallway near the elevator as well.
We didn't get body soap, nor enough towels for our group but we managed, it was late so we didn't bother to go down to request it.
Got a free upgrade as the original room assigned was known to have issues that needed repair.

It was close to everything and very quiet.
I did not like the smell in the room or in the hallways. The bathrooms need to have be updated.
The lobby. The pool. The gym. The room. The calming.
