Sehr freundliches Personal. Wenn man früh eine Tour macht, bekommt man eine Frühstückstüte gepackt.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Für das Geld habe ich mehr erwartet.
Frühstück ist gut für den Start in den Tag. Aber sehr übersichtlich. Wie von anderen schon erwähnt, eine Scheibe Toast. Eine halbe Scheibe Käse und eine halbe Scheibe Wurst. Obst und Rührei.

Værelset var stort med gode senge og der blev gjort godt rent hver dag.

Cons:

Værelset var yderst spartansk indrettet. Der var ikke varmt vand nogen af dagene. Beskidte bøjler. Personalet var meget lidt imødekommende og havde en mangelfuld viden om eget hotel mm.

Terrible breakfast and sleepless night
Pros:

The facilities of the hotel are well maintained. The breakfast is simple and less choices. The most impressive Issue is some staff keeps unfriendly and alert to every single passenger. They always gave a small amount of food or fruits to us and asked is that enough? Come on, this is a hotel to host guest. To be general is a basic rule. We had paid the cost for accommodation and breakfast. Why not free to select my food. Don’t be silly to ask me a small piece of non-fresh watermelon is enough for my breakfast. Don’t give me half spoon fried egg and ask me if it is enough. Don’t ask me if one piece of bread is enough or not. Common sense. I fully understand you protect the food to avoid waste. I hate the experience of the breakfast.

Cons:

The house has no good sound-proof wall. Nobody look after the kids in the hotel. They could make noise until the midnight. I am unable to sleep and have the awful breakfast.

Staff in all parts, reception, dining/kitchen, cleaning, were helpful and nice.
Pros:

Kitchen staff did their best, with what they had, like rice crackers, grilled bananas with the aim to fulfill 'something to eat' for dairy allergy and gluten allergy.

Cons:

Vegan breakfast options limited. For example, vegan protein like tofu, beans.

No soy milk (leche de soya) for dairy allergic people.

No GF cereal for wheat allergies {sin gluten)

Towels a bit small and thin.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal.

Not what we expected for are honeymoon.
Pros:

Breakfast was great but that's all they served the dinner or lunch was closed & so was the bar when we asked about the pool they said it was closed at 7 but when we returned at 8:30 I'm guesting the staff's family was swimming in the pool which surprised me considering we were the only couple staying. We were given 2nd floor yet when it got dark they only had 2 lights on by the office and the floor below us.
