Cet hôtel était fermé lors de notre arrivée (15h30), malgré du monde à l'intérieur qui a refusé de nous ouvrir malgré une pluie battante. Le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres, pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour appeler la réception, absence d'eau chaude (il a fallu la réclamer!!!!!), poignée de porte cassée! cabine de douche moisie, et propreté de la salle de bains douteuse!!!, Karaoké sous nos fenêtres jusqu'à 0h005, petit déjeuner très quelconque et très peu qualitatif. Personnel se targuant de ne parler qu'Italien d'une façon très méprisante (1 seule personne aimable dans cet hôtel).
J'espère être remboursé de cette très mauvaise expérience qui met en doute le bon référencement de booking !!!

Tutto benissimo!
Pros:

Letto comodissimo, anche i cuscini, per i quali comunque c’era anche altra scelta. Ottima la possibilità di chiedere la culla per i bimbi 0-3 anni e il plus è sicuramente il ristorante dove si può cenare (bene!) senza uscire dalla struttura.
Tutto lo staff è di una gentilezza rara.

Cons:

Poca varietà nella scelta del salato a colazione, ma null’altro.

Pros:

Mitoyen de la superbe basilique de S. Appolinaria in Case, ambiance paisible et à 15 minutes des sites intéressants de Ravenne. Les chambres sont particulièrement calmes (bien isolées ?)

Cons:

Check in impossible de 14 à 16h.

La struttura è accogliente, le camere pulite e con tutto il necessario, lo staff preparato, simpatico e gentile.

Cons:

La posizione è perfetta per visitare Ravenna senza impazzire per un parcheggio o se si vuole semplicemente fare una sosta da un lungo viaggio. Il ristorante è ottimo e le camere curate e pulite

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con i nostri 2 bimbi e un neonato. Hotel molto carino e ben curato, pulito, personale eccellente. Tutti, dal primo all’ultimo, molto cortesi e disponibili, ci hanno coccolati.
Cucina ottima, piatti davvero buoni e ampia scelta di tutto. Colazione abbondante e abbastanza variegata, per tutti i gusti sia dolce che salata.
Posizione strategica per Mirabilandia, per il mare, per Ravenna.
Assolutamente consigliato!!
