The manager who organized the taxi to Abu Dhabi was very professional and helpful. I really appreciated his assistance. The breakfast was also good.

I honestly don’t understand why everyone considers this hotel to be a five-star property — in my opinion, it simply does not meet that standard.
The breakfast is actually quite good, with a decent variety of options and good quality food. However, the dinner experience is extremely disappointing. The food itself is far below what you would expect from a hotel of this supposed level. Even worse, there is a very unpleasant smell in the corridor near the dinner area. It strongly resembles cheap, overpowering perfume, like something from a dollar store. It completely ruins the atmosphere and makes the whole experience uncomfortable.
Pullman, please reconsider the location or setup of the dinner service. A five-star hotel should provide a comfortable and enjoyable environment for its guests, and unfortunately, this is far from it.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Gute Lage, direkt am Kanal, und zur Dubai Mall zu Fuß braucht man max. 15 Minuten.

Cons:

Kein Balkon und Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Wussten wir vorher, würden wir aber nicht wieder machen. Von der dreiteiligen Fensterfront war der mittlere Teil durch Feuchtigkeit so angelaufen, dass man nicht durchsehen konnte. Sah einfach nur schmutzig aus, sehr unschön. Keine Hygienebeutel im Bad - das sollte doch Standard sein.
