Pros:

My favorite hotel whenever I needed to stay in Manila for few days or even a week or so. Staff are all friendly. Great location.

Due to the condition of the hotel, nothing against the staff, I cancelled our next planned visit.

the condition of the hotel was very very poor, wall paper coming away, clearly the building suffers from a lot of damp the was damp mould on the celling of our bathroom, my wife suffers from asthmatic, with in 5 minutes of been in the room she was coughing very bad. The lady on reception kindly offered us a different room, sadly the bathroom was in a worse state than our original room. Its a big shame as location is excellent and the staff can only work with the tools given to them. Possible the owners are happy with the way the hotel looks, I'm sure if they re took present day photo´s of the rooms and published on booking.com less people would stay.

This was genuinely a horrid hotel to stay at. I paid a day in advance to check in on time after my flight, walked in at 6 am and the room was small and dark. The aircon had mould under it and the view outside was dusty fans and a disgusting deck. The bathroom had mould on the wire, mould in the corners and in the tiles. I slept it off at 7 am, woke up at 12 pm with a cold. I immediately knew this is because of how poor this room is and the bathroom. I had put a DND sign out on the door, and still was interrupted twice by cleaning staff. The outlets were not working (none of them) and were unstable, I saw a voltage spark out of the charging port. Keep in mind I stayed in this hotel for merely half a day. I sorted out a new accommodation and told the hotel to refund me, for the remaining 8 days I had paid for. They agreed and told me it will take 30 WORKING days to receive my amount again because it’s a debit. I was just glad to get out of there genuinely. Luckily, the hotel staff after making me wait 2 hours to be able to leave the hotel agreed to give me my money back. I’ve stayed in a hostel cleaner than this, genuinely.
