Always Positive Experience!
Pros:

Always positive experience when staying here. I first stayed here few years ago and I’ve never been disappointed. Friendly staff at the lobby and housekeeping as well. Keep up the good work!

It was nice.
Pros:

It was clean and staff were great.

Cons:

They room AC was leaking, I should have reported it or changed my room but I was very busy and thought they might fix it. It never got fixed in the 5 days I stayed.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

Price was worth and hotel was close to many places including the mega mall, restaurants, walking distance to the center. Staff were really nice. They respond to any requests soon. Reception is open 24 hours. Front security guys are very nice and always helpful. They take care of guests.

Cons:

Some towels were old. We had dinner one day at the hotel restaurant, but food was not that good.
