Short Staycation
Pros:

Its always a pleasure to come back and stay here. From the moment we arrived the security greeted us and showed us the way to reception.
The check in process was super smooth. The room was great, we had the room with the balcony so we could enjoy the pool view. The breakfast was amazing with the huge spread of choice dishes. From Indonesian, Japanese, korean & western food.
The pool was amazing and it is my kids favorite.
The checkout process was fast and we enjoy the stay.

Enjoyable hotel for staycation
Pros:

I have spent one night in Holiday inn jababeka with my family, the lobby was so futuristic and the room is clean. The amenitis also amazing and i love it. My daughter was happy and enjoy swimming and playing at the playgroud. i love the breakfast and cappuccino. Thanks IHG and Holiday inn Jababeka

Just transit in Cikarang
Pros:

The room was huge n very clean, thankyou for Anugrah n Umay for helping us checking in, we would like give some tips because Umay services very nice, but when we look back he was gone.. then in next day the breakfast so much variance, thankyou for Bunga she gave my kids tools for drawing, my kids was so happy.. overall good the housekeeping also nice with Erga, and the minus is a dirty pool..

Oasis in between hectic time
Pros:

Nice and well appointed hotel. Conveniently located with good facilities. Gymn has good equipment and clean. Room is spacious and well appointed, with nice comfortable bed. Lounge also has nice ambiance which is good for business or just hang out. Nice outdoor pool, unfortunately have no time to dip in in this trip.

Kamar bersih, wangi. Variasi breakfast, fasilitas gym, sauna, pool, onsen berfungsi. Sebelumnya, make a note karna partner saya ultah, kamar di decorated. Dapat early check in, dan dikasih late check out sampai jam 2. Great job, Holiday inn Cikarang. Staff Nadya, service excellent!!!!!. Can't wait to be back!

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

Had a wonderful experience staying in Holiday Inn Jababeka. The front desk at this hotel is the best I have ever seen. Special Thanks to Dinia at the front desk, who went beyond and above to ensure a smooth stay for us. She was extremely helpful and ensured immediate medical assistance when I was in need.

The room was clean and comfortable with decent amenities. But what really stood out was the hospitality - especially from the front desk team.

Thank you again Dinia and the entire front desk team for making my stay so pleasant.
