Great hotel!
Pros:

The room : excellent. Love it. It's better to change the bathtub with shower. The breakfast & the restaurant serve the excellent quality. The staffs are friendly.

Exceptional Holiday Inn with personalised service

It was my second stay at Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka, and it never fails to surprise me—in the best way possible!

When I arrived, my room was beautifully decorated with birthday ornaments and lovely hand-drawn illustrations by the housekeeping team.

Our suite was cozy and impeccably spotless. As soon as I approached the reception, the front desk agent recognized me and welcomed me back, instantly making me feel at home.

As an IHG One Rewards Diamond Elite member, I received a complimentary choice of a slice of cake or pralines, which can be enjoyed at Delizio Restaurant. The Kueh Peyeum Gula Bakar is a must-try, especially when paired with their signature Tapecano—a tape-infused Americano!

Bintang was incredibly warm, friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely caring, while remaining discreet at the same time. She strikes the perfect balance between attentiveness and professionalism.

The team also surprised my mom with a birthday cake during our afternoon coffee break, which truly touched our hearts.

At breakfast, we absolutely loved the Nasi Bogana. We were served by Shelly, whose brightest smile and attentive service made our morning even more special. She made sure our coffee and tea were freshly prepared and even left a thoughtful handwritten note with our morning coffee.

What an exceptional stay at Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka—it genuinely made me feel like I was staying at an InterContinental. The personalized service and genuine attention to detail were truly outstanding.

To top it all off, they even offer a WhatsApp service, making it incredibly convenient to communicate any requests throughout the stay.

Wonderful family staycation
Pros:

Best hotel for staycation in cikarang area. The pools are clean and various size, suitable for family with little kids. Completed with jacuzzi, onsen and gym as well. The foods are wonderful, and the room is cozy.

Great hotel with amazing staff!
Pros:

This was my 19th stay at Holiday Inn Cikarang and it never disappoints. Most of my stays have been with my wife and daughter, and it is like a second home for us.

The facilities and restaurants are outstanding. But the charm of this hotel is the amazing staff! Their warmth and professionalism. They always anticipate your needs and provide the best experience.

We will always choose Holiday Inn Cikarang whenever we visit Cikarang. Thanks!

Everything exceeded our expectations, and we are truly satisfied with the overall experience. What we loved the most was the exceptional hospitality from all the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast was also amazing, with a great variety and delicious options for the whole family.

This hotel is very kids-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.

Disappointing stay in Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka
Pros:

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka.

First, the service was very poor. The air conditioner was noisy, the mattress was deflated and uncomfortable, and when I requested a replacement, the staff made it unnecessarily complicated and refused to resolve it properly. I am a paying guest — not staying for free — and not just for one or two nights, but for an entire month.

I was even told twice to move while sitting quietly on the sofa with my eyes closed. That was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The receptionist and the security staff lacked basic courtesy. One staff member in particular, named Selly, was especially unpleasant. She even mentioned that she was monitoring me continuously through CCTV, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable.

The bathroom also had issues, and at one point the water was dirty. Handling of this issue was slow and not solution-oriented. There was no compensation offered despite the inconvenience.

What surprised me the most is that I am a Platinum member, yet there was absolutely no difference in treatment compared to a non-member guest. That is very disappointing.

I have stayed at other Holiday Inn properties in Bandung, Gajah Mada, and Semarang where the service was polite and professional. Unfortunately, this location feels very different. The hospitality standards here do not reflect the usual Holiday Inn experience.

Management seriously needs to improve staff training, professionalism, and customer service quality.

Very disappointing stay.
