Please note that the Farinet consists of not only the hotel but also an après ski bar, a lounge bar, and a night club. The atmosphere is lively and consequently noise can travel up into the hotel. Even though staff do their utmost to contain the noise, it can be inconvenient for some guests, especially those with children.

Please note that live band music and music by DJs take place every night during the high season (December to April) from 18:00 to 21:00 (band) and from 22:00 to 04:00 (DJs).

Great location, good lodgings and breakfast but practically no sleep
Cons:

The noise is unbearable. We expected there would be music but the fact that the basement music is felt on the third and fourth floors until 4 am in the morning is not acceptable.

Great hotel, very well located, at a very affordable price.
Pros:

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Since we were skiing, we could leave our staff in the lockers. Everything we needed were within walking distance: The lifts, the supermarket, restaurants and parking.

Cons:

The music was loud on Saturday, but the hotel gave us earplugs. The safe deposit box did not work, and the staff was not able to fix it. Not an issue really.

Lovely
Pros:

Farinet was the perfect place to stay for a few days in Verbier. Super convenient to ski and everything else Verbier has to offer. And the room was great, breakfast service was exceptional. Also pleasantly surprised that the noise from the bar / lounge didn’t travel to our room on 1st floor!

Verbier ist Weltklasse zum Ski fahren, aber nicht mehr in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Das Personal war super nett, die Lage sehr gut. Das Frühstück inkl. Frühstücksraum waren sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock und trotz geschlossener Balkontür hörten wir die Musik vom Farinet Nachtclub bis vier Uhr morgens. Das Zimmer war überheizt, was sich nicht regulieren liess. Dazu kam, dass die Decken extrem warm waren, sodass man ständig aufwachte, entweder wegen der Musik oder wegen Überhitzung. Das Öffnen der Balkontür half nicht wirklich.
Verbier ist teuer, allerdings fanden wir den Preis ohne Sauna bzw. Spabereich schon sehr teuer. Ausserdem gingen wir aufgrund der onlne-Beschreibung davon aus, dass beides vorhanden wäre. Stattdessen landeten wir im empfohlenen Spa vom W-Hotel (ok, inkl. 60 Min. Massage) für 230 cFR pro Nase für einen Nachmittag. Also, hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir ein anderes Hotel inkl. Spa gebucht.

Very pleasant. Nice, helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast was Very good with fresh fruits, a good choice of yogurts, muesli, cheeses, bread and although help yourself style everything was there and more.

Cons:

I wish there was a shuttle service to take us to the Festival locations and to restaurants which were too far to walk.
Also closing the concierge at 9pm can be complicated if one needs help.

Stuffy, noisy and generally an uncomfortable experience. We checked out a day early.

A very underwhelming hotel!
on arrival there was no one in reception to let us enter, so we were waiting out in the cold until a staff member came out.
We stayed in their penthouse apartment. It is literally in the eaves of the roof and therefore extremely stuffy with no air flow unless you had the window open, however the noise from the bar and then the nightclub that carries on until 4am is so noisy, which means the windows need to remain closed.
Wish we’d known about the nightclub before booking as we definitely wouldn’t have booked if we’d known it carried on until 4am.
The apartment has a sauna, however we couldn’t get it to work and nor could the staff for the first couple of nights, eventually they got it working but it wasn’t easy.
There are no great facilities at the hotel, other than the bar and the restaurant which turns into the nightclub at midnight.

Rapport quality /price not worth it
Pros:

Very nice and helpful staff, they were great!
Location.

Cons:

Knowing it is an expensive hotel and on high season, still I would expect a much better breakfast (really really basic) , better looked after rooms , better security at thé ski room( for 2 days my sons skis were missing ..). No gym , no spa , at least proposé à collaboration with other facilities . Very very noisy.
