Pros:

Понравилось расположение отеля- до центра и до вокзала недалеко. Персонал очень приветливый, улыбчивый, с хорошим чувством юмора. Быстро и оперативно решают проблемы, без ненужной бюрократии. Есть в номере душ и туалет, а также сейф в шкафу и маленький холодильник. Постель чистая, хорошо постирана. Много всяких магазинов и закусочных вокруг. Мы не завтракали в отеле. В принципе, на пару-тройку дней можно остановиться, если не быть слишком придирчивым.

Cons:

Номер на трех человек оказался ну очень тесным, что нас неприятно удивило- когда мы смотрели фото в галерее на сайте, такой тесноты не увидели. Но кровати и вообще обстановка номера вполне себе. Там есть и более просторные номера, но, конечно, подороже. Видимо из-за тесноты там был всего один стул на троих, что было не очень удобно. Для курящих нет места- некуда сесть, кроме, как на ступени крыльца, и некуда выкинуть окурок, да еще такие длинные и узкие коридоры, что, пока до своего номера доберешься, уже снова курить хочется. Жаль, что в отеле всего один лифт для гостей, в центре здания.... Если тебе "повезло" получить номер где-нибудь в конце коридора, то бежать до главного лифта, чтобы спуститься на первый этаж и выйти на улицу, это довольно длинное путешествие, чтобы выкурить одну сигарету. По ночам не дают покоя вопли со всех баров, которые находятся непосредственно со всех сторон отеля (может, это только по выходным?). Это- минус, конечно. Было душно, несмотря на вентилятор. Возможно, в более прохладное время года это не так. Что касается чистоты номера- где-то на 4.

Cons:

The hotel is a complete maze. The facilities leading to the reception are in very poor condition; I understand it is an old hotel, but the state of repair is truly bad—even the elevator up to the reception. The room was very small, though it was very clean. One thing I found absurd was the Wi-Fi system: they give you a slip of paper at reception that is only valid for one day, so I had to go down every night at 11 PM to ask for another slip with a different password—it was a total disaster, unbelievable. The reception staff were not at all attentive and would give you dirty looks just for asking what was going on with the Wi-Fi. I would not stay at this hotel again.
