The reception is located on the 4th floor. The guests rooms are located on all floors.

To reach the elevator, guests need to walk up some stairs. Guests on the 5th floor must take the elevator to the 4th floor and then use a spiral staircase.

Bon emplacement, personnel très gentil mais prenez des bouches oreilles
Pros:

La localisation est nickel métro / train / bus tout est à côté
Le zoo et aquarium sont à même pas 5 min à pied
Il y a un très grand parc pareil à 10-15 minutes à pied

Cons:

L'insonorisation... il faut vraiment faire un truc les portes claquent ça faisait vibrer notre chambre ( les murs et l'armoire plus précisément)
On entendait tout le monde parler dans la chambre d'à côté
Et ce n'est pas notre cas mais si vous êtes en mobilité réduite c'est impossible de venir ici ...

Je ne comprends la note de 7,5 sur booking - sur-évaluée
Pros:

La chambre était propre mais la femme de chambre n'est pas passée le second jour.
Hotel proche des centres d'intérêts.

Cons:

Personnel pressé et stressé et non souriant.
Accueil à la réception façon poste de police. On s'est demandé si le personnel n'avait pas été recruté pour faire ambiance "ancienne RDA".
Ascenseur vétuste, ressemble à celui de Disney Land Paris (celui qui fait peur).
