The reception is located on the 4th floor. The guests rooms are located on all floors.

To reach the elevator, guests need to walk up some stairs. Guests on the 5th floor must take the elevator to the 4th floor and then use a spiral staircase.

Convenient stay near the Zoo
Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The only drawbacks during my stay were that the hair dryer overheated after about a minute, making it difficult to properly dry my hair. The room had a fan instead of air conditioning. Fortunately, the weather was mild, so it remained comfortable, but I wasn’t expecting this. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable. That said, for a short stay these were manageable issues, especially considering the friendly staff, great location, and cleanliness.

Great location but very noisy depending on the room you get.
Pros:

Location is good.f

Cons:

Very noisy room (at the street side, above a bar terrace).
We booked here before and were at one of the top floors, which are significantly more quiet.
The room was also much smaller than we previous we booked.

Ótima localização
Pros:

Excelente localização, bom café da manhã, equipe sem muita simpatia e pouco atenciosa.

Cons:

O hotel não tem elevador no andar térreo, é preciso subir uma escadaria para chegar ao mezanino e de lá acessar a recepção pelo elevador.
