The reception is located on the 4th floor. The guests rooms are located on all floors.

To reach the elevator, guests need to walk up some stairs. Guests on the 5th floor must take the elevator to the 4th floor and then use a spiral staircase.

Cons:

Ζήτησαν deposit για το δωμάτιο, δεν υπάρχει lobby στο reception, το ανσασερ δεν πάει σε όλους τους ορόφους.
Ανακαινισμενα δωμάτια σε ένα παλιό κτήριο.

Prima plek voor 1of 2 nachtjes op een toplocatie. Ga je de stad verkennen en ben je de hele dag buiten dan is 4 nachtjes zeker goed te doen en fijn voor je portemonnee. Heerlijk Berlijns sterk gebouw, fijn bed en goed schoon. Verwacht geen bling bling, maar meer dan basic.

Cons:

Hier en daar wat liefde nodig, nieuw tapijt in gang en trappenhuis.

The location is perfect. It’s really central. And easy to find. The rooms are good value for money

Cons:

The staff was not very friendly. Except at the check-in.
But at the breakfast they were very rude.
We were told to times that we only had 40 min to eat… in a time that clearly indicated they they where irritated that we came only 40 min before they buffet closed. And 10 min before it closed where where again reminded that they closed soon.

Also you should know, even if it says on booking that the breakfast is included, it’s not. They ask you to pay 14€ per person per morning extra.

And be aware that even though it says they have parking, they only had a few. And when we arrived, they told us that it was all sold out so we couldn’t park there.
