Pros:

Good decent rooms with fair response from staff. Room was not clean on entry, food ordered was not good .

Pros:

The bed sheets were dirty. The curtains had blood stains on it. The shower door was broken and leaking water. The amenities were almost not present. The bed runners and the sofa were dilapidated and dusty. Overall a very big disappointment.

I was provided a room, where I checked in @ 4-am; because of the different time zone & ZERO outside visibility; I could not tell, if it was day or night!

Pros:

First of all this is 3 start hotel not 4 and 3.5. If you dont ask for welcome drinks they will not give you, i waited for 2 hour then called the frond desk and then got the welcome drinks. This hotel has everything small like lift, beds, rooms, dining hall etc. Overall stay was ok but i did not enjoy my stay there.
