I loved everything
The fact that water didn’t flow for 3 days
The stay was great, the room was exceptionally clean and I was upgraded. I had my privacy and the location was excellent for my meeting.
On arrival there was renovation going on underneath my room but when I complained it was stopped. Throughout the rest of my stay is was quite. Internet service, hot water and air-conditioning worked perfectly and cleanliness was overall excellent.

The room was very nice and the staff was very helpful
Very nice room. The bed was very comfortable to my surprise. The pillows were also some of the best I have found here in Ghana 🇬🇭. I was in the Presidential Suite, and everything was just right for a getaway.
The hot water works very well. But it does not make it to the shower. I had to take cool showers. Please fix that, and your ratings will be higher next time.
The staff were really receptive
I had to pay more than the booking.com reservation fee on arrival because the hotel couldn’t find my booking from booking.com. Although what we paid for was a fraction of the actual price of the room we were “compensated” with.
Relax setting.
I think the hotel was in a situation at times they could not control…electric go off, short period, water off for a short period and Wi fi a short period off.
The customer service was amazing and it was clean I got to meet the owner he was nice and friendly.
