No está mal, pero no es un 4 estrellas ni cerca.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, personal amable. La pileta es muy pequeña no le da prácticamente el sol. El bar de la pileta cerrado.

Cons:

- el desayuno poca variedad, cosas (como el pan era viejo) de días anteriores, el lugar híper pequeño, incómodo; el segundo día se quedaron sin jugo de naranja… lo básico no estaba.
- para prender o apagar el aire teníamos que llamar a recepción porque no funcionaba con el control remoto.
- poca iluminación
- se escuchan todas las conversaciones del pasillo.

Nada un robo encima me cobraron 98 us sin haber ingresado por culpa de uds qué no protegen al usuario .uds deberían reintegraron ese. Importe por ser responsables de ofrecernos esa porquería de lo contrario no usaremos nunca mas sus servicios y por supuesto tendrán pésima publicidad de parte nuestra nos robaron 98 dolares

Excelente. Volvería a hospedarme.
Pros:

En general la estadía fue excelente, una experiencia muy linda y agradable.
Visualmente el hotel tiene una estética preciosa. La habitación es acogedora, linda y espaciosa, tiene muy linda y cálida iluminación, también cuenta con enchufes por todos lados, lo que es muy útil. La cama era muy cómoda.
Se lo notó muy tranquilo y silencioso, a pesar de haber muchas habitaciones ocupadas. Todos los espacios, tanto los pasillos como los ascensores se encontraban muy limpios.

La piscina es muy linda y limpia, posee una bella vista. La misma es climatizada y se encuentra a una temperatura muy agradable; a partir de las 13 hs aproximadamente, le da la sombra de un árbol cercano, por lo que se puede disfrutar casi a cualquier hora del día de forma responsable.

El personal, tanto de la recepción como del buffet, es atento y amable, cuando tuvimos una duda nos la resolvieron enseguida.

El desayuno es excelente. El buffet cuenta con alimentos muy variados y frescos, el personal lo repone seguido y está atento a ver si falta algo.

Cons:

Lo único negativo a destacar es en relación a la estructura del baño.
El piso del baño queda todo mojado despues de una ducha porque la mampara es corta y no tiene cortina, la habitación no cuenta con ningún instrumento para secarlo, se debe de esperar al servicio de limpieza o dejar la ventana abierta y esperar que se seque solo, intentando no ir al baño porque el piso es muy resbaloso.

Si bien me hospedé con mi pareja, el baño no tiene mucha privacidad. Las paredes del baño son de vidrio templado y visualmente es muy lindo, pero se llega a traslucir una buena parte de lo que hay detrás, asimismo la puerta del baño no cierra bien y se abre, por lo que cada vez que quisimos ir al baño tuvimos que cerrar la puerta con la papelera.

El jabón en barra que proporciona el hotel pincha por los ingredientes que tiene, no sirve para bañarse pero hay gel de ducha si se quiere usar.
