It’s well made, modern. Rooms are nice and big.
Staff isn’t well trained. There were delays in room service and many weren’t trained enough to understand simple instructions.

The hotel location is good! There is a coffee shop inside - good! Morning breakfast has a good spread. However, a bit S. Indian food heavy. Room service is fast. Food taste is so so.
Mathew at the front desk check-in was excellent. Courteous and helpful.
The staff at the front desk during check out! Absolute disaster. I paid for my room upon arrival, yet they put a substantial amount on hold without notifying me.I was entitled to 15% discount on food and drinks, and I had to ask for it repeatedly for it during check out. Front desk staff (Rochelle, shashi, Ayush-mainly Rochelle ) kept insisting on room payment. I had to prove with my CC receipt that I did pay for the room at the check-in time. I travel a lot and have never experienced this kind of ignorant behaviour. Then Rochelle gave me some bs excuse why she was asking for room payment.
Training is crucial...no one knows what they are doing or what the others did earlier. Disgraceful.
TV did not work-despite of the technician being up two times. No Q card for room service in the room. Had to request one, and an old one was sent up. Again, the gust services lady argued with me that one is there and I am missing it! Talk about being disrespectful to a customer.
Frühstück war nicht gut, kein frischer Saft, mit Wasser gemischt, Kaffee war nicht gut, Auswahl schlecht.
Breakfast had a good spread and the service was great. The concierge, Amit, was absolutely brilliant in telling us what to do and guiding us throughout our stay.

Baby food was also fine.. chef prepared whatever we asked for... Sometimes when it's busy time they asked to tell in advance so that they can prepare baby food. Thats also fine..
We have lot's of options for breakfast and dinner but the problem is taste was missing.
Everything was good but it's ruined our valuable time in breakfast as we have stand in queue for breakfast. Because of breakfast we couldn't go out in morning as we have baby with us.. we can't wait for 1 and half hour for breakfast. We couldn't go out anywhere in goa.. just eating and staying in hotel. Our room was booked for 4 days. As we coming with baby, before reaching we called in reception, nobody picked up phn. We wanted to order baby food so it's also bad experience.
