Food quality needs to be seriously improved.
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

Food. Specially the breakfast. Quality is quite below standard like a 1 star hotel. Reduce the number of items, but atleast give better quality food in breakfast.

4 Star hotel at best
Pros:

Not a 5 Star hotel experience. Expect 4 star experience in terms of the amenities, rooms and cleanliness. There was a day during our trip when there was lot of power fluctuations and no water during our stay

⭐ Special Appreciation for Chef Udipta

A very special and heartfelt appreciation for Chef Udipta, whose hospitality and warmth made our dining experience truly exceptional.

Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of enjoying several meals, including breakfast and lunch, and Chef Udipta consistently went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and cared for. His hospitality was simply beyond words. He was warm, attentive, humble, and genuinely interested in making sure that every meal was enjoyable for us.

What stood out most was the personal attention he gave to our family. Every time we met him, he greeted us with such warmth and kindness, and he made us feel as though we were being looked after by someone who genuinely cared about our experience rather than simply providing a service.

The food was wonderful, but Chef Udipta's personal touch, hospitality, and interaction with our family made the experience even more special. His passion for his work and his commitment to guest satisfaction were clearly visible in every interaction.

Chef Udipta, thank you sincerely for taking such wonderful care of our family. Your warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality will be one of the highlights we remember from our stay at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa.

You are truly an asset to the hotel, and we hope the management recognizes and appreciates the exceptional service you provide to guests.
