Great property, conveniently located and amazing staff! Neatly maintained rooms. Close to the beach and plenty of restaurant options around.

Location.

Not a 5 Star hotel experience. Expect 4 star experience in terms of the amenities, rooms and cleanliness. There was a day during our trip when there was lot of power fluctuations and no water during our stay

stay at Hyatt Centric was truly amazing and memorable! ✨ The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious.

A very special mention to Mr Praveen, the Activity Manager, who made our stay extra special with his warmth and personal attention. He would check on us every day to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. His friendly nature and genuine care were truly heart-touching. ❤️

The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, Calangute, local markets, and plenty of places to explore.

Overall, we were extremely happy with the hospitality and service. Highly recommended for families, kids, and friends!

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa, and I would like to take a moment to sincerely appreciate the entire team for making our experience so memorable.

From the moment we arrived, the Transport and Security teams were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. A special thanks to Harsh Pednekar, Amit Raha, Sonu Malik, Mujabir, Krushna, Lal Kumar, Mujahidul, Sajjad, Dipankar, Pratna, and Suchitra Koch for their excellent service, warm attitude, and willingness to always help. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out.

A very special appreciation goes to Chef Udipta for the beautiful and delicious food. Every meal was prepared with great care, and the quality and presentation were excellent.

I would also like to thank Abir Halder and the entire Restaurant Service Team for their outstanding hospitality. They were attentive, friendly, and always made us feel welcomed and valued.

What impressed us most was the genuine warmth and personal care shown by the team. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa is fortunate to have such a wonderful team. Their dedication and hospitality truly represent the spirit of Hyatt.

A very special and heartfelt appreciation for Chef Udipta, whose hospitality and warmth made our dining experience truly exceptional.

Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of enjoying several meals, including breakfast and lunch, and Chef Udipta consistently went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and cared for. His hospitality was simply beyond words. He was warm, attentive, humble, and genuinely interested in making sure that every meal was enjoyable for us.

What stood out most was the personal attention he gave to our family. Every time we met him, he greeted us with such warmth and kindness, and he made us feel as though we were being looked after by someone who genuinely cared about our experience rather than simply providing a service.

The food was wonderful, but Chef Udipta's personal touch, hospitality, and interaction with our family made the experience even more special. His passion for his work and his commitment to guest satisfaction were clearly visible in every interaction.

Lovely experience. Food and dining staff were top notch. Housekeeping was handled by Nikhil Mora, who did a great job

Overall it was nice with few suggestion already given specially want to thank Shubham who served us great food and he took extra care for us and Nitin and Kiran for making everything perfect in room.

Overall experience staying at Hyatt was great 👍. Hotel Staff is very courteous and helpful and they put all the efforts to make you feel comfortable and your stay memorable. This is one of the reasons why I always prefer to stay at Hyatt Centric.

We stayed in Hyatt Goa for 3 days.We went with 4 kids.Over all the atmosphere was good.Kids got some activities and play area.The staff were nice and friendly.One thing needed attention is wifi in the rooms were poor.

Extremely disappointing stay at Hyatt Centric Goa. The rooms had a terrible unpleasant smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. For a hotel of this category, the room quality and maintenance were far below expectations. The service was equally disappointing. Every request took ages, and the staff were slow to respond. What was most frustrating was the duty manager’s lack of interest in resolving concerns. Instead of helping, we were repeatedly told there was no room availability or upgrade option, despite the issues we raised. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unhelpful management made this a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and I hope the management takes guest feedback more seriously in the future.
