Breakfast horrible, lady who allot Tabel to guest was very rude , coffe was so bad , it was not coffe . Umbrella was not available in rainy season .
Lift was not working properly , rooms key was not working ,

The F&B team Omkar and Abir ensured we got quick service , customised the food to our childrens taste whilst keeping it healthy. During breakfast peak hours of 10am , the entire staff worked tirelessly to ensure each guest was serviced and it was done quickly , even with live stations like dosa , eggs , waffles , juices , parathas etc

Being with two children , the rooms were always messy and the housekeeping staff - Sachin came to our room twice a day to clean it up. This was beyond expectations! And I can't thank him enough for it !
The hotel is well equipped with alot of facilities like gym , kids play area , pool , pickle ball court , games section and entertainment zone , TT table etc
We honestly never felt the need to step out of the hotel since we were so comfortable and serviced well.
The next time I am in goa , Hyatt centric will be my default hotel.
It was a nice hotel with very good facilities and the food was amazing with different varieties to try. The game zone for the kids was superb.

Overall staying and hotel service is good. But faced very bad experience about the cab, hotel person directly pushing to book cab with person stationed at entry gate and not through app like Goa Mile. They are not allowing booked cab to enter the hotel premises, local cab owner threatening the guest to cancel it and surprisingly hotel security personnel instead of looking at safeguard of guest, directly support the local cab owner and asked booked cab to go out. Overall very bad experience. The professional brand like Hyatt is doing such kind of mal practice and association with local cab owner and making compulsion on guest to pay higher cost to local cab owner and allowing and supporting the local cab owner to decide which cab should enter the premises and which should not.
If you’re visiting Goa with children, Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa is a great choice. They offer both indoor and outdoor activity zones with PS5, VR games, air hockey, pickleball, arts & crafts, canvas painting, bottle painting, and much more. There are also different activities planned every day, and our kids especially loved the slider-making and balloon-twisting sessions.
A special thanks to Praveen Dhanashree, and Anuf, who made our stay truly memorable with their warmth and dedication. The staff in the activity area were exceptional.
Apart from that, housekeeping, front office, and F&B services were all excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun and memorable vacation in Goa. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The location is perfect for exploring North Goa, with Baga, local markets, and many attractions just a short distance away.
The highlight of our stay was the kids’ activity area—truly one of the best we’ve ever seen. With plenty of indoor and outdoor games and daily activities, it kept both kids and families entertained throughout our stay.

Cleanliness not good as rooms were stinky.
No exhuasts in the room.

Everything was good except a lizard in room, Breakfast service is quite slow, My coffee arrived in 25 mins. Need to improve on this also some work is going on at pool side.

My stay at the hotel started on a disappointing note. The first day's experience was far below expectations, and I genuinely had concerns about how the rest of my stay would unfold. However, from the second day onward, the entire team completely transformed my experience and demonstrated what true hospitality is all about.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Duty Manager Priya, whose professionalism, responsiveness, and guest-first attitude played a major role in turning things around. She took ownership of concerns, followed up diligently, and ensured that issues were addressed promptly.
A special thank you to Chef Davinder for his exceptional culinary efforts and personal attention. The quality of food and willingness to accommodate guest preferences were highly appreciated.
I would also like to recognize Riddhesh, Binod, Gyan from the IT team, Restaurant Manager Akash, Akhil, Pranav, Bhawna, Nil, Mariam, and Sunesh from Housekeeping and Room Services. Every one of them displayed genuine care, kindness, and a sincere desire to make guests comfortable. Their dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed.
A special mention must also go to Director of Operations Prashant Thakur. Effective leadership is reflected through the actions of a team, and it was evident that once concerns were escalated, the team worked together efficiently to improve the guest experience. His involvement and support were greatly appreciated.
While the team deserves tremendous praise, I must also provide honest feedback regarding the property itself. The rooms are quite small compared to what one would expect from a hotel of this category. More importantly, the property's maintenance requires significant attention. Some of the room furnishings, particularly the cushions, were extremely dirty and clearly in need of replacement or deep cleaning. It appears that while the staff are doing an excellent job, the physical property is not receiving the same level of care and investment.
In summary, the greatest asset of this hotel is not the building—it is its people. The team is outstanding, supportive, professional, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. If the management invests more attention into property upkeep and room maintenance, the hotel experience could truly match the quality of its employees.

Excellent Team & Hospitality | Property Maintenance Needs Improvement
100 marks to Housekeeping and Security. Room Service takes time. There was lack of lighting in the room. Staff is good and supportive.
Welcoming staff ,great food and ambience and many kids activities were there and many options in BF so kids were sorted .
Our stay at Hyatt Candolim, Goa was truly wonderful, and what stood out most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Traveling with our two kids, we were especially touched by the warmth and friendliness extended to them—it genuinely felt like being part of a family rather than just guests at a hotel.
The team’s attentiveness, care, and welcoming nature created a memorable and comfortable experience for all of us. A special mention and heartfelt appreciation go to Bhawna, whose genuine warmth and natural ability to connect with children and guests made a lasting impression. Her kindness and sincerity added a personal touch that elevated our stay and left us with truly happy memories.
Experiences like these are what make Hyatt Candolim special, and we look forward to returning again.
