Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas, era silencioso y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Si tuviera un punto negativo sería la ubicación si quieres ver Toledo centro, pero para los eventos en esa zona, súper recomendado

Nice staff but strange ideas about having a bar in a hotel
Pros:

Quiet location 30 minute walk to hospital where we were visiting. Very friendly and helpful staff except young girl on desk at night.

Cons:

Bar closes in middle of afternoon until following day. Asked reception for ice to be told no. A hotel without a bar? No wonder it’s quiet.

Pros:

La ubicación para ir a Puy du Fou. El personal. El hotel muy bien, pero muy caro solo para dormir. Que tiene cafetería y puedes comprar bocadillos para llevar al parque

Buena elección si tienes un evento en el cigarral del ángel
Pros:

Muy cerca del cigarral del ángel, donde teníamos un evento

Cons:

Aunque el check in era a partir de las 15h, no nos dieron habitación hasta casi las 16h. Además la relación calidad-precio no me pareció muy buena siendo un hotel tan alejado del centro

Kein Behindertenzugang abends, mehrfach geklingelt, keine Antwort, lt. Rezeptionistin abends abgesperrt, äußerer Zugang nur über Treppen, über Tiefgarage dann mit Aufzug möglich, aber wie mit Behinderung erst mal hineinkommen? Extrakosten für Garage mussten beglichen werden, da sonst kein Zugang zu Zimmer barrierfrei möglich, Tiefgarage sehr eng, muß bei Rezeption angemeldet werden, Parken ging, da fast leer war, Zimmerausstattung alt, stickiger Geruch, sehr eng, nicht behindertengerecht, Klima funktionierte nur schlecht, morgens viel Verkehr an der Straße, Bilder vom Hotel stimmen nicht mit Realität überein, max. 2 Sterne, Restaurant geschlossen

Es un hotel sencillo, básico. Para ir a PUYDUFOU muy práctico. Se puede aparcar en la calle sin problema. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Coincidimos con una excursión de estudiantes, a la hora del desayuno era imposible, no cabía nadie, no se podía acceder al bufet que es muy pequeño. Se podría organizar mejor abriendo el restaurante

Para nosotros, la ubicación. Sin problemas de aparcamiento. Lo elegimos por ello, porque nuestro "destino" nos pillaba al alcance
