La ubicación es buena y el hotel muy cómodo y tranquilo. El trato del personal es excelente.

Cons:

Al hacer la reservación dice literalmente 'Servicio de streaming (como Netflix)', pero llamamos para preguntar si era posible usar Netflix y respondieron que 'con nuestra propia cuenta'. A nosotros nos parece que se entiende que es posible usar Netflix. Sería recomendable aclarar que no es así.

Pros:

Sin duda, la ubicación es excelente y el hotel confortable, cuando voy a Guadalajara me gusta seleccionarlos.

Cons:

La habitación asignada en extremo descuidada con filtraciones de agua en el techo y eso genera sensación de suciedad y falta de limpieza y mantenimiento.

I will never use your service again. You’ve lost a loyal customer, and I will make sure everyone knows how unreliable and deceptive your platform is. You clearly do not care about your customers or the promises you make.

Pros:

Convenient location, 8 minute walk to the EXPO. Clean & comfortable room. Wifi was consistent. Overall good value for 1 night.

Ubicaciój, restaurante (desayuno a buen precio y rico), la atención ¡buen servicio! Hab. lista a la hora acordada

Cons:

-el gimnasio, muy chiquito y abierto sin opciones para hacer algo más como mancuernas, barras con discos, bancas... la caminadora en muy mal estado, una buena área de oportunidad en particular por el mercado al que están dirigidos.
