Beautiful hotel, big rooms, pool w view of the canals boats mangroves - but the staff lacks training

Pool close to 5th avenue; walkable to beaches

Cons:

1. Worst was the breakfast experience - i sent the property a detailed Text about how disrespectful / plus lazy were most of the staff at breakfast; at time all fruits were out & milk & yogurt & eggs not at 10am, nut maybe 8-8:30am ; they were walking around but didnt bring anything or bring one small bowl of one type of fruit - how about a cart w all fruits all yogurts; we had to ask for forks “sorry there are no more forks, and spoons and OJ”, ok; 5 min later, she comes w forks only, no spoons?
2. Certain guests at the pool speaking loud / yelling / fighting around the hot tube/ pool area - not even sure they were guest at the hotel, because they kept talking abiut who is going to the car to get loghez for the kids who walked into the got tub fully dressed
Also kids 3-6y old alone in the hot tube;
pool towels missing - we had to ask attendants 2x times / day to get some dry ones - while more waiters walk around the pool so many times & they dont see the big pile of wet and no more new?

I loved location the room they let me check in earlier they were very nice including housekeepers

I liked everything except the room as mentioned below. View from the room was great

Cons:

Didn't like that the room was adjoining and opened into the room next door. You could clearly hear the other room's conversation as if they were in your room. Didn't feel very private.

Un hôtel très bien placé, bien équipé avec une piscine avec vue sur la mer mais aussi sa salle de sport relativement spacieuse.

Cons:

Il manque de places pour le petit déjeuner, peu importe l'heure, ce qui peut être très inconfortable une fois servis au buffet
