Cons:

Decent hotel for a short staycation, but unfortunately not a relaxing experience. Our room (252) was directly next to the parking structure and near service doors, so there was constant noise all day from janitor staff opening and closing doors. I also requested a room change due to the noise, but unfortunately no accommodation was offered. The hallways were very noisy as well, with kids running around most of the time. The complimentary breakfast definitely needs improvement — the food quality was poor and options felt unhealthy. Overall, it worked for one weekend, but I would not return.

Good overall; could have been better for the price paid in my opinion.
Pros:

The host was fabulous and free parking on site was a plus. The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

For the price point and the Hyatt name I expected a little more- the parking garage security was lacking, the breakfast was okay but could’ve ended an hour later, and the smaller details were often a miss. (Like not having anywhere to put your razor in the shower, or not being able to hang a floor length dress in the closet bc the safe was raised and in the middle.)

Decent communication. It was a little tricky checking in. Once the property manager contacted me, I was able to get in and out.

Cons:

The neighborhood looked a little sketchy. But a quick taxi ride took us to I believe the Gulf of Napoli. That area was beautiful with many restaurants and bars.
