I would like to write a review on my one night stay at the Hyatt in Naples.
I checked in around 9:45pm after a long day travelling more than 10 hours. I asked for a quiet room, I noticed after being in bed it was noisy and looked at the door on the balcony which is broken and cannot be locked. Very noisy.
No shower cap, no slippers, a rug that is old, dull and unattractive.
I went to the breakfast room. No plain or Greek yoghurt, no whole wheat or brown bread, no hot water to serve myself a tea. Tasteless eggs and a crowded, undesirable place.
I would appreciate your co-operation in the reimbursement for the money paid for the following 5 nights.

La pasé muy bien, pero lo que te ofrece el hotel no justifica su precio.
Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias, esteticas, el parking es cubierto, tiene seguridad, es limpio.

Cons:

Realmente tenia expectativas mas altas, es un hotel que no es economico, es una noche de $500 y cobran adicional el parking, el desayuno no es de buena calidad, he probado mejores en hoteles de $150 la noche. No pudimos usar la piscina porque tenian un evento privado, entonces el hotel solo lo usamos para dormir, por lo cual no volvería. Es bueno, lindo, limpio, pero el valor no justifica en mi opinión.

Court passage à Naples
Pros:

L4emplacement de l'hôtel par rapport au centre "historique" de Naples était très appréciable, tout comme sa situation dans la suite de notre voyage qui partait vers les Everglades. L'aéroport de Naples était aussi extrêmement bien situé par rapport à l'hôtel

Les avions passent exactement au-dessus de la piscine de l'hotel
Nos lits n'étaient pas extrêmement confortables
