Disappointed. Cold and uninviting.
Pros:

This is probably the most on unattractive hotel room I've ever stayed in. The bathroom is ridiculous small. To charge $500.00 a night for a veryry ordinary room and then charge $29.00 to park is insulting. It looks like a santarium. There isn't even a pencil or scrape of paper to make a note on, or a paper napkin with the coffee.maker. There is no large screen TV.. Thank heavens the place is clean and the staff is lovely..
It's real letdown to come to Naples, Fl and then stay in this bare minimum no charm and no atmosphere hotel is a let down to say the least.

Centrally Located and Accessible to 5th Ave
Pros:

Had a very nice stay at the Hyatt House Naples. It’s very close to Tin City and walkable to the center of 5th Ave.. The pool and lobby area is very nice and the room rate includes a full buffet breakfast.

The front desk personnel were excellent and very attentive. Also the food and bar staff were friendly and well trained.

Overall, the rooms are dated and need a refresh but I only stayed one night and it met my needs. A refresh of the rooms would result in a much higher rating.

Definitely recommend this hotel while staying in Naples.

The worst Hyatt Hotel stay
Pros:

Rude front office; no "welcome" water bottle(s) for a $350 room. The front office staff wouldn't offer even a 30 minute extension to an 11 AM checkout!

Very average property
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, but is was just adequate. Nothing special. I would expect more from the brand and price point. The food was well below what would be expected. If you want to prepared your food in your room, you could do that and it might work. Rooms were large and might provide value for a family, but not for a couple.

Great Valentines Stay!
Pros:

Hyatt always delivers and this property is perfect for a stay in Naples. A wonderful "resort" feel with live music on Fridays, great pool, superior service and spacious rooms. Will be returning to property on our next visit to Naples.

Nice Break in Naples
Pros:

Nice hotel in good location, room was spacious with a comfy bed, good bathroom and great view over the river. Pool area is massive with lots of sunbeds and food/drinks service. Lobby area and bar was very stylish and impressive, check in was efficient and prompt with friendly staff. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, cereal and pastries etc. Parking was plentiful at $31 per day. Good tip is if you’re walking to 5th Avenue or Tin City just turn right out of the hotel and walk over the bridge to pedestrian subway - this is a lot quicker than waiting for the walkway crossing lights. Just one thing, if you don’t like planes then maybe the flight path into Naples airport over the hotel might be off putting, didn’t bother us at all.

Pros:

Avoid being in an even numbered room. Especially lower numbers…..202, 3-2 etc. Very loud expressway just feet way from your non-sealed door.who needs a balcony above an busy 6 lane road.

Beautiful hotel, big rooms, pool w view of the canals boats mangroves - but the staff lacks training
Pros:

Pool close to 5th avenue; walkable to beaches

Cons:

1. Worst was the breakfast experience - i sent the property a detailed Text about how disrespectful / plus lazy were most of the staff at breakfast; at time all fruits were out & milk & yogurt & eggs not at 10am, nut maybe 8-8:30am ; they were walking around but didnt bring anything or bring one small bowl of one type of fruit - how about a cart w all fruits all yogurts; we had to ask for forks “sorry there are no more forks, and spoons and OJ”, ok; 5 min later, she comes w forks only, no spoons?
2. Certain guests at the pool speaking loud / yelling / fighting around the hot tube/ pool area - not even sure they were guest at the hotel, because they kept talking abiut who is going to the car to get loghez for the kids who walked into the got tub fully dressed
Also kids 3-6y old alone in the hot tube;
pool towels missing - we had to ask attendants 2x times / day to get some dry ones - while more waiters walk around the pool so many times & they dont see the big pile of wet and no more new?
