Great location, walking distance 5 minutes
Pros:

Have a morning flight 9am, the location is 5 minutes walk through a short skywalk to the terminal 3. The breakfast started at 6am and still left plenty of time to checkin!

Best hotel at Shenzhen airport. Many years, they always kept up with their service, food offerings and clean environment. Good professional staff, comfortable bed and clean bathrooms and rooms. Good food offerings downstairs at reasonable pricing

Perfect Location and well appointed room
Pros:

Perfect Location right next to the airport.
Had a late arrival and was in my room with in 15 minutes of collecting my luggage.
The room was quiet and had blackout blinds
The bed was very comfortable

This hotel is excellent. Super convenient as well. The room had a great desk for work. A nice large bathroom and shower.

Great location next to the airport.
First check-in attempt at 6 am failed - very uncooperative reception staff ....(no room until 2 pm ! - due to hotel policy).
2nd check-in attempt at 9 am worked beautifully - very friendly staff had a clean room available and I did not need to camp out in the lobby anylonger.
Same hotel - 2 very different experiences - it all depends on the people behind the counter.
