Overall, if you're staying in Managua Nicaragua, I would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

This Hyatt hotel sits on a slight hill that overlooks one of the largest local malls that has plenty of food options that you can walk to from the property. This makes it an excellent choice for convenience and not having to travel around the city as much to get a bite to eat. The hotel itself is clean, safe well maintained, and the staff is so attentive and eager to take care of any needs you may have. It also has an outstanding breakfast that runs from seven in the morning till 1030. With plenty of logo foods that are delicious and the standard items as well.

Enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Managua
Pros:

The Hyatt Managua exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast options were good overall. The location was perfect - adjacent to great shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Pros:

地理位置很好，对面就是商场，很方便，员工也很好，那天正好遇上生理期，情急之下问前台有没有卫生巾，她们友善地帮我解决了，很nice!

Cons:

价格太贵啦！设施其实没有多出彩，但是我住了一个晚上，加上税费一共花了块270刀，性价比比较低！

The aftertaste is not good..
Pros:

Second stay and I am less happy. There are bunch of stuff missed for such hotel, like bathrobe, toothbrushes, slippers (especially there is no carpet in the room). We asked for couple plastic containers for food by phone in the room and the guy brought with terminal to pay 150 cordobas. I thought it could be covered paying this nightly price😅. However, another receptionist (maybe manager) told us it is on the house (I mean, it is few dollars, but the aftertaste was not good, lol).
Overall the personal was good, we were fine, but the bug on the bad was not a fun discovery and when I showed photo to the receptionist, he just told "I am sorry" and keep working, probably because we discovered it on the last day... I didn't like the response. Not for this price hotel, one of most expensive hotels in Managua..
I am not sure if I want to return next time here.. something is missing.

Great hotel to stay in Managua
Pros:

Super clean , excellent staff, unbeatable location, delicious food. You can walk to the mall, the best bars and restaurants are next to the hotel, simply, the best area to stay in Managua.
