Pros:

The Coachman team is fantastic! My daughter, Roxy, and I had a wonderful time with the entire team during our move out of Tahoe. We stayed in the cabin, and it was fantastic to have a kitchen and couch! Roxy was especially fond of the mattress and premium sheets. I also enjoyed all the great beer and wine options at the bar. Plus, we even spotted a neighborhood bear while we were there. Benjamin and the team truly have something special at the Coachman.

Pros:

5 mins walk from Heavenly Village and the Lake. Great location. Lovely bar area and complimentary hot drinks through the day.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub area was worn out and didn’t look as inviting as the pictures.

Better option than staying at the casino hotels a block away. Also check out Basecamp Pizza. Great food and an easy walk
Pros:

Location is great. Hey tell us about the private beach access when we check in. Great breakfast options.

Cons:

Low season so not a lot of guests. Why did you put people above us that sounded like they were training elephants?

We won't be back & won't recommend. Bare minimum provisions at best, nothing special for the price.
Pros:

Bed pillows, shower.

Cons:

Room interior needs upkeep/maintenance, paint. No microwave. No elevator. Processed food. Inattentive, a bit unprofessional, too laid back. I believe it cost too much to stay there. I am waiting for email receipt, return of $100. deposit, food charge/discount all was an extra I paid upfront. I will not recommend your hotel to anyone & will not be back. A shuttle would be nice.
