Without a doubt one of the coziest hotels we’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, stylish, and welcoming. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the lake and Heavenly Village. The staff were outstanding: genuinely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. We absolutely loved our stay and would choose The Coachman Hotel again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

While the office and reception area, along with the fire area, presented a commendable aesthetic, Building #9 appeared to be an oversight in its execution. Although it shared the same color scheme, the finishing was incomplete, characterized by peeling paint, unpainted sections, and partially grouted areas in the bathroom. The absence of a dresser for a week-long stay and a proper closet was also a notable concern. Furthermore, the floors exhibited a noticeable slope.
Despite these issues, the staff provided exceptional service. Eliza and Rosie, in particular, demonstrated outstanding professionalism and performance.
Great location and the staff were awesome, late check-in was totally fine and they surprised my dog with a welcome treat.
Soundproofing was pretty poor. Reception did provide earplugs, but if you're a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you.

The staff were very friendly and it was a short walk to the lake and shops.
The room was 87 degrees. We got moved to a new room because the AC was not working but even that room was 76 and with the AC running all night it only got down to 74. One of the beds had dirt and debris under the top blanket.

The staff where very friendly and the location is very pretty.
Everything was perfect
Excellent Staff and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly atmosphere and the rooms were quiet and nice. Easy walk to the beach, Casinos and Restaurants.
Location, atmosphere and style.
The room should be vacuumed. Unfortunately, the room was not clean as should be. Hairs and dust were everywhere on the floor.
Check in was quick and easy. Benjamin also gave us some great recommendations for some hiking and restaurants. We stayed in the Summit Suite that had a newer modern vibe. It was a good sized room with a balcony. Our experience overall was great! Highly recommend this place!
