Brilliant stay in a fantastic location
Pros:

Loved the laidback atmosphere of the hotel and the ski chalet vibe. Nice to have a pool and gym plus plenty of communal seating areas. We had a large, spacious suite which was great for a large family. Fantastic location - just 5 minute walk to a stunning private beach (access included with our stay).

Cons:

Would have been nice to have some more crockery and cutlery in our apartment. We had intended to self-cater, but the limited kitchenware made that difficult.

Clean property, convenient location, good value.
Pros:

The fire pits and s’mores were a fun addition. The hot tub was hot and clean. The room was immaculate.

Cons:

The advertising was misleading. I thought there was a breakfast included. It was available but you had to pay extra for it.

Cons:

Le plus grand inconvénient de cet hôtel est le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’ascenseur, c’est très problématique quand on est au 2eme étage. De plus, les chambres sont petites, mal équipées, et les finitions sont bâclées.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen kleinen Stadt
Pros:

Die Lage des Motels ist ideal, nur wenige Minuten vom Lake Tahoe entfernt. Besonders praktisch ist das kostenlose Parken. Vom Hotel erhält man außerdem kostenlosen Zugang zum Lake Tahoe, was wir richtig toll fanden. Der Strand ist sehr schön und sauber und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Da wir tolles Wetter hatten, konnten wir unser mitgebrachtes Frühstück morgens draußen auf der Hotelanlage genießen. Auch abends war es sehr angenehm, dort noch etwas Zeit zu verbringen – wie auch viele andere Gäste.

Den Gästen steht eine große Gemeinschaftsküche zur Verfügung, in der man sich Geschirr, heißes Wasser und vieles mehr holen kann. Besonders schön fanden wir die Marshmallows und Schokolade am Abend, die man über dem Feuer erwärmen konnte – eine wirklich nette Idee.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Größe der Zimmer, die doch recht klein ausfallen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein. Da wir zu viert unterwegs waren, war es teilweise schwierig, an die Koffer zu kommen, da diese im Zimmer gestapelt werden mussten.

Amazing stay for the price you pay
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and location was excellent. Just 8mins walk away from the beach. Had loads of food options around. The fire and free marshmallows were a cute touch. Everything was squeaky clean and had good toiletries were provided.

Cons:

There’s no lift for upper floor rooms. The food options were not up-to the mark at all. Staff were a bit stoic and unusual. May be staffs at other places were extremely joyful and welcoming so far so it was a bit contrasting.

Not great but had such high hopes, will not be returning

Cons:

When we arrived the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful at all and made it seem we were bothering them. Then they said are room would more then likely would not be ready early and check in was at 4 we arrived around 2, with a 4 and 6 yr old. They said we could use the beach but never told us how to get there and then turned around to chat. At 4 I went in to get checked in and they said it would be 30 more minutes. About 15 minutes later the manager arrived and saw we had been waiting and gave us a different room but unfortunately it was on the third floor and with kids and have a balcony was not super safe and the room smelled. I really wanted to like it but unfortunately we will not be returning. Hope they can get better front desk staff
