Sympa mais mal insonnorisé
Pros:

1- L’hôtel est bien placé entre la lac et Heavenly. Style ancien sympa.
2- On a eu la visite d'un ours noir dans l’hôtel le soir alors qu'on buvait tranquillement un verre de vin dehors. Bon, j'ai personnellement aimé cette rencontre, mais je ne suis pas sûr que ca plairait à tous les clients :-)
3- Accès à la plage privée donné avec la chambre d'hotel
4- Le brasero dehors le matin ou le soir
5- La meilleure douche de mes vacances aux USA, avec une bonne pression

Cons:

1- Mauvaise insonorisation. Les bâtiments datent des années 60, donc vous vivez avec le voisin de dessus ... Boules Quies recommandées.
2- L’hôtel laisse des poubelles non protégées dehors, ce qui ne respecte pas les règles de bon sens dans un territoire à ours. Toutes les poubelles publiques dans la rue sont elles bien protégées en métal à South lake Tahoe. Ca explique peut-être pourquoi un ours est venu dans l’hôtel (et a fouillé cette poubelle à coté de la chambre). Certainement un habitué.

The room is much smaller than expected, the balcony was small too. The toilet paper handle was broken and had to be fixe

Lots of issues checking in, cards not working & beds were not comfortable at all

The beds were very uncomfortable- & every person that stayed with us said the same. So maybe invest in some new beds.

Modern, very close to everthing, ac was good and cold, shower was nice and hot

Cons:

Food choices/ refreshments not a good selection. The checkin station is at the coffee station so if you’re checking in the girl at the desk is multitasking between food orders checking etc. no one told me we could use the bicycles so i was walking everywhere when there were bikes accessible. No one went over any of the “amenities” with me at check in but she was having to do about 10 other things

Cons:

Our room had shower for wheelchair access, so it was big and open, the problem is that without noticing the water wasn't draining properly, after i was done showing i discovered that the entire hallway in the room was completely flooded
Idk why its my fault
But i haven't received my deposit back
By how the floor looks its definitely not the first time
