Such a disappointment
Pros:

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the fireplace by the lobby and s'mores o clock is a cute idea.
Heated toilet seat was a nice touch.

Cons:

Room was extremely disappointing, not clean, in rough condition, floor tile was broken in different spots, wall completely scratched the paint off, leather chair was broken.
It advertised using products Malin and Goets, when I arrived in the room I was sad to see it wasn't the case.

First night we slept well, second night there was commotion and kids screaming and running all over the place until 11pm.

Absolutely don't eat at the lobby, food was the worse I ever had $16 tomato soup was served in paper cup, it was just a Costco soup reheated in the microwave, I felt sick all night after that meal.

Hot tub was broken our entire stay despite repeatedly telling staff about it. No storage or shelving in rooms. Our bathroom door couldn't shut without hitting the toilet. Soap dispensers in bathroom were broken.

Lovely stay if you are in the main hotel area buildings 1-4
Pros:

Friendly staff with updated motel feel. Dog friendly property.

Cons:

Our room was located in a part of the property that was disconnected from the main lobby area with amenities. The rooms in buildings 5-8 is across the street. The fire pit and community space were closed in this part of the property and required guests to cross the street to get to the hot tub or lobby for coffee. If you book on a third party service, you’d likely be put in the same buildings.

Property is a bit of a walk to the gondola.

La relación calidad-precio no es la mejor y tuvimos una mala experiencia respecto a una propina
Pros:

Como puntos positivos, la ubicación es buena, a pocas cuadras del centro, el lago y la góndola. Además, el personal que nos recibió fue amable. Los Smore's y fogateros de la noche son una buena amenidad.

Cons:

Creo que la relación calidad-precio pudo haber sido mejor. Las instalaciones del lobby necesitan mayor mantenimiento; varios sillones están demasiado hundidos, lo cual resulta incómodo considerando que es un área pensada para convivir y relajarse.
Las habitaciones aunque grandes, son bastante sencillas y, en nuestro caso, al estar en planta baja, se escuchaba el ruido de las personas caminando en el piso superior.
Una situación muy desagradable fue que la persona que atendía por la noche nos cargó de manera no transparente 20 dólares adicionales como “propina” al pagar una botella de vino de 39 dólares. Nos dimos cuenta después, cuando intentó hacer lo mismo con una amiga que compró otra botella. Intentamos hablarlo con el manager al momento del check-out, pero no se encontraba. Recomiendo revisar bien los cargos si consumen algo adicional, ya que aparentemente quien cobra decide el monto de la propina sin consultarlo.
El área de “restaurante” es más bien una cafetería pequeña. Durante nuestra estancia, los botes de basura estaban constantemente llenos y había trastes sucios visibles en el fregadero, lo cual da una mala impresión en términos de limpieza y orden.
No usamos la alberca ni jacuzzi pero sí se percibía muy fuerte el olor a cloro y en general el área de sillas y toallas estaba muy desordenada.

If you're looking for a hotel to share with your four-legged friend, the Coachman Hotel is the perfect solution. The property is entirely dog-friendly, and the common areas are welcoming and cozy. It feels like staying in a mountain cabin.
