If you're looking for a hotel to share with your four-legged friend, the Coachman Hotel is the perfect solution. The property is entirely dog-friendly, and the common areas are welcoming and cozy. It feels like staying in a mountain cabin. Happy hour is available from 3 pm to 5 pm, and the hot tub is available until late, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.The rooms are spacious and well-equipped (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel included). The shower is modern and large.

Pros:

O hotel é um charme. A estrutura é linda e aconchegante, com uma localização excelente e funcionários muito gentis. No fim do dia, eles ainda oferecem marshmallows para assar na lareira, o que deixa a experiência ainda mais especial. Os quartos são confortáveis, têm aquecimento na tampa do vaso e você pode estacionar o carro na porta do quarto, o que facilita muito na hora de embarcar e desembarcar as bagagens. O hotel também disponibiliza uma cozinha coletiva com café e chá à disposição, além de micro-ondas, torradeira e outros utensílios que ajudam bastante na rotina.

The property was located at walking distance from everything.

Cons:

I had an issue with our toilet in our room. It was clogged and I called multiple times to see if we could get it fixed. It was about 10pm and staff said the maintenance people were gone for the day. I suggested to do it myself. They never came by and I had a clogged toilet all night and morning. It was horrible.

The location of the room, the lack of guest service in every aspect from checking in, questions answered, amenities ordered and received, to checking out. Other than the housekeeper who delivered our towels and the front desk agent who finally took care of us when our original agent completely ignored us, every staff interaction was poor and had issues.

Schönes Konzept der Unterkunft, cooler Vibe und eine schöne Idee mit der Community Küche. Hier gab es morgens Kaffee, Tee und heiße Schokolade kostenfrei und wir konnten uns kleine Speisen im Toaster oder Mikrowelle selbst zubereiten. Lage ist praktisch, Hot Tub war sehr erholsam
