Fine for the price.
Pros:

Very close to downtown area. Right between a McDonald's and a Speedway gas station.

Cons:

Staff was not very friendly. Smelled like an old hotel.

Absolutely horrible and will never go back.
Cons:

Whole place looked unsafe. Ended up not staying and went to another hotel. Wife felt uncomfortable and she felt unsafe at the property. Hotel had multiple doors that looked like they had been hit with a hammer by police breaking in with a warrant. We went and stayed at a nearby hotel.

Pros:

Clean sheets. You can tell they are trying to improve and renovate the property.

Cons:

Very strong odor in both the hallway and our room. The smell was stifling.

Pros:

The price matched the facility. Older facility with some remodeling. Air conditioners need filter cleaning. Linen is well worn.

Cons:

People smoked outside my room and it came in my room with the air conditioner.
