The room is very dusty. The aircon was also dusty. We keep on sneezing inside the room because I and my brother is allergic to dust. The rate for the room doesn’t give justice to what we experienced. It's not reasonable. The toilet exhaust fan doesn’t function and there’s an annoying sound coming out from it. I hope that you
Less than expected. No food and beverage service. It was advertised that can avail food upon order but there’s no such service. The staff are so friendly though. My check-in and check-out is so quick and easy
The property needs a lot of improvement. I don't see a lot of people in this property.
Really disappointed… advertising is NOT accurate at all… huge Americana cockroaches in the room, mouse faeces along the window ledge, 1 bar soap, dusty cupboards and bedside units, refrigerator did not work, had to plug the kettle in behind the TV on the floor, chipped and dirty coffee cups, no functioning kitchen for the hotel so no food… no breakfast, no room service, pool area looked amazing but dirty ashtrays and dirty pool water. Staff never greeted us or smiled except for the staff member that asked us to leave the pool area just before 10pm
This is the BEST and the most affordable accomodation in Bacolod.
Nice stay. Neighborhood is good during the day. Iffy at night, but we felt safe in the hotel.
Tourism has not yet made it back, so services may be sparse at times.

This hotel is located in an area that's full of strip clubs and bars, as well as street walkers making this place more suitable for single male guest, not guest with families. Overall this property is nice and clean outside the rooms, however, inside the rooms the shower curtain was full of mildew, and the bed sheets and towels are out dated. The Wi-Fi is also incredibly slow and unreliable. Nevertheless I would stay here again for its location and overall cleanliness.
A good sized room for two. Clean.good shower room and water hot an cold..Nice Hotel interiors. Could do with a breakfast facility canteen.
Room was reasonably comfortable, toilet had hole in pipe and would barely flush, next to some loud bars made it difficult to sleep a few nights, interior of hotel generally clean, and staff was polite.

I loved staying at this Hotel no doubt this was the place to stay before new airport open. I felt like I was home my whole stay Staff was amazing will stay here over any other in the area absolutely loved stay
Not happy with most of the food we ordered in the restaurant.
We had an ant problem in our room, ant trail led from window frame to wall mounted bed head. When asked to spray I was advised that if I did not have food in the room they would not be a problem
Hotel is right next door to a bar that played loud music until 5 am. Staff just smiled when I said that I had no sleep. Staff seemed really disinterested. Couldn't even make a burger in the kitchen.

kundutel has a great smoking area located at the pool near the hotel lobby. the waiters don't normally accommodate unless you hunt them down for help, but once they know you are ready to order, they are very hospitable.

Advertised wifi in rooms there was none, desk staff were no help at all, rude, people smoking in the hall right outside rooms, dirty towels good thing we had brought some, couldn't wait to get out of there
