האיש שניקה את החדר והתאמץ לספק הכל והיה נחמד מעל ומעבר

לפני שסגרתי את המקום הזה, התקשרתי ונאמר לי שיש צוות בידור. לא היה לא צוות ולא בידור. שקר. האוכל היה זוועה, חלק דברים מקולקלים, ולא אכילים. יותר מידי מלח, חומץ ותבלינים עד מצב שלא אכיל. הבת שלי לא אכלה כלום פשוט כלום, ביקשתי לחם לא קשה או קריספי, משהו כמו פיתה, לחמניה רכה או לחם פרוס אמרו לנו להמתין המתנו מעל חצי שעה ואז נאמר שאין דבר כזה. למי שמגיע עם רכב, רוב הזמן אין חניות, היה מצב שחיפשתי חניה מעל 50 דקות. ואין מעליות או דרך להגיע גם מהחניון של המלון לחדרים קטסטרופה אין מעליות או דרך הגיונית ונוחה זה חתיכת הליכה לפרוק מזוודות ולהביא אותם ואין עזרה או הכוונה

דלתות ישנות מאוד וסדוקים אמבטיה גבוהה מאוד ללא מדרגה ויש סכנת נפילה פינת המקלחת ללא פתח וללא שואב אוויר הרגשתי נחנק במקלחת בנוסף לריח המתפשט בחדר לאחר כל שימוש בשירותים לא הייתה שום פעילות בלובי בניגוד לפעם הקודמת ארוחת הבוקר לא הייתה משביעת רצון אבל ארוחת הערב הייתה בסדר
