The front desk during the morning and afternoon was very helpful! The hotel was clean and modern. Taksim is 5 steps away. You can’t beat it!

The hotel is excellent in terms of the in-room facilities, location, and above all, the hospitality of the staffs.
We would like to especially thank Mr. Gurkan and Mr. Ozkan. Mr. Gurkan welcomed us cheerfully from the moment we arrived and always spoke to us with a warm and hospitable attitude. Mr. Ozkan at the reception always responded to our requests warmly and carefully. We are truly grateful. The other staffs and housekeepers were always cheerful and friendly, and we always felt comfortable. When staying at the hotel, it is important to keep in mind that Istiklal Street is a busy entertainment area. There are clubs that are open from late at night until dawn, and you can hear the music from them. We are at an age where loud music bothers us, so we have to say that this bothered us. However, even with that, we really liked this hotel and would like to give it the highest score in our experience rating. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Istanbul.
Spacious
They gave one of our rooms away to someone else, gave us only 1 room and still charged for 2 rooms. On the first day they said that they would refund. Later they refused to refund also.

Great hotel in busy shopping area, loved the location, you get the true city feel with amazing views, everything is steps away. Close to metro, but walkable to Galata area or even across the bridge. Staff is very nice and helpful, help is immediate. The cleaning ladies are doing wonderful job, our room was super clean every day, even when we were late to leave. 10/10 would recommend. I would also feel safe here, if I were travelling solo.

Staff was amazing! Some of the best hotel service I've ever had. They never let us carry our own bags. We also paid for the transportation too and from the airport and it was easy and definitely worth the extra money. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were also very nice.
The location is great too! Right next to the main walking road in Taksim and walking distance to Galata tower, Taksim square, and the Galata bridge. That being said it can get a bit noisy at night as it's next to the main road, but it was quiet enough we could sleep at night. Overall, amazing experience and we would stay here again!

This has to be the best hotel in Beyoğlu. The staff were simply amazing and the accommodation was superb, As a solo female traveller, i could not have chosen better. Just off Istiklal street. The apartment style room has everything you will need to be comfortable. I had a balcony where i enjoyed my morning tea. Yes the area is a bit noisy but it did not disturb me at all.

Love the location but the pub across the street was super loud at night.
Good for group and small family
I thought the hotel was very nice. It hotel is clean, in a great location, and the room was large and clean and there was a great deal of space. However, the light in the bathroom was not very good, the pitch in the shower was opposite and the water did not drain. There is a kitchen area with counter, sink, microwave and fridge. Only one thing missing in the room, no table or desk. Nothing to eat on or work on. Had to stand in the kitchen and work off the counter.
