Everything abt hotel was horrible
The location.
The hygiene of the room was pathetic. The room was full of dust. Bathrooms were not clean. The blinds on the window were stuck with 2-sided tape. The food presentation and serving were too shabby. There was a cover (lid cover) foil in the Nutela. Last night rice (same steamer was used) was on the lid of the Idli steamer that was served for breakfast. The glass for tea had stains from previous use.
In short, it was a very bad experience for the money and the star that the Hotel represents.

Bathroom drainage issues that didn't get addressed during the day despite highlighting at the front desk. Front desk staff not courteous.
