Well past its "use by date"
Pros:

As it was a last minute booking for December 28 there wasn't much choice and as looked pretty nice on the web I went ahead and booked.
Transport from the Airport took over an hour as the driver had problems finding the place as have had the Grab drivers.
Check in was quick, didn't even ask for ID ??? My Vill was not ready so I ordered a Nasi Goreng (always good in Bali) and this was the worst. It was simply Stir fried rice with Tomato Ketchup, Chicken Nuggets, Sausage and a piece of Chicken. When I commented to the Management? on duty I was told they mainly cater for Korean guests. This being said I expected a good Asian Breakfast. Wrong again, all items were cold as the heating units were either not working or simply not switched on, dishes were empty and took forever to refill.
The Villa however was very spacious with a huge Bathroom and seperate Lounge and Bedroom. The Pool area is very private, however following some rain our pool turned green and couldn't be used for two day's. The main Pool was Green for 5 day's during the 7 day stay.
The general maintenance of the resort is lacking in all areas and its sad to see, what must have been beautiful gardens around the resort and Villas, having been allowed to deteriorate to the sad state it is now.

Nice place,need improvement
Pros:

Stay one night in this villa,The electricity black out when we just arrived. No generator and no emergency lamp. The location it self is good, huge and far away from the crowd. The swimming pool is comfort, however, the rooms is old and need renovation. We saw some renovation in some rooms. At present this hotel is just enough to stay,maybe after renovation could be better.

remote location +nice service
Pros:

This hotel is really far away from any travelling spots,which locates on the top of a mountain.One villa has two big rooms equipped with a pool. They provide shuttles from checking-in point to you room.
The whole hotel is really quaint even the water is salty when you brush your teeth and have a shower.
I have to say the staffs here are nice and they provide all kinds of food for Chinese as breakfast. maybe their main customers are Chinese.
