Ideale Unterkunft wenn man eine Rundreise macht.
Pros:

Für einen kurzen zwischen Stopp die perfekte Lage. Große Dusche, Klimaanlage und eine schöne Aussicht vom Balkon.

Relaxing weekend with great hospitality
Pros:

The property was located in a beautiful area where you can see the river and the sea combine. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel food was generous portions and was scrumptious. Rooms were super clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the stay with such good staff.
The pool was ideal for a swim overlooking the sea.
Would be great if the room can have mugs and a kettle for hot beverages at any time.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit tollem Pool und tollem Restaurant!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und eine schöne Anlage. Gerade das Restaurant mitten am Fluss und der Pool mit tollem Blick auf den Fluss + schöne Sonnenuntergänge sind toll. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber (wenn man von dem schimmligen Mini-Kühlschrank absieht, der im Zimmer stand). Badezimmer war auch sehr schön und schimmelfrei. Alles sauber! Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Pool und den Fluss war spitze!

Cons:

Das Personal kam mir manchmal etwas verplant vor. Beim Abendessen kam beide Abende selten mal jemand und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob man noch etwas möchte. Außerdem hätten wir 2x Frühstück "to go" gebraucht und es wurde an beiden Tagen leider vergessen bzw. zu spät gebracht. Alles in allem aber ein super Hotel.

Fine for a short stay
Pros:

It was on the lagoon part of bentota - lovely pool over looking the lagoon - champ the fisherman took us on good river safari and we went night fishing too - the hotel then cooked our fish the next evening (although did over charge for doing so) so would propose that for the future you agree a price before hand

Cons:

It was about 1.5km from the beach - the service in Restuarant was very slow (even by Sri Lankan standards) however food was very good standard - very noisy in rooms - was woken up very early by staff taking by and phones ringing in reception -

Cons:

Манаджер отеля сделал нам экскурсию по реке. Попросил 6000 рупий. В конце попросил дать денег лодочнику в благодарность. Вопрос! на что потратились 6000 рупий. Это было неприятно! + увидеть маленького крокодила попросил заплатить тоже 1000 рупий. Он показывал в начале фото что мы увидим за 6000 рупий и мы согласились не торгуясь. А он обманул и требовал еще денег в итоге. Это не хорошо. Я бы такого работника уволил. Значит и в отеле он проводит такие же дела.
