Access to the Spa can be made between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm, with a cap mandatory. Inside the Spa you will have access to a heated indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage cabin and Swiss bath. At this time we can only allow access to the indoor pool by appointment upon arrival at Abrigo da Montanha – Hotel Rural & Spa (use for 45 minutes and subject to availability).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Hotel muito acolhedor, com excelente staff, ótima limpeza e comida deliciosa.
Pros:

Gostámos muito do ambiente acolhedor do hotel, sempre muito limpo e cuidado. O staff foi extremamente simpático e atencioso, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. O pequeno-almoço também era muito bom e variado. Também tivemos a oportunidade de jantar no hotel e a comida estava simplesmente divinal.

Cons:

A zona de spa ficou um pouco aquém das expectativas. A piscina poderia ser mais completa e a água um pouco mais quente. Pessoalmente também achámos o colchão um pouco duro para o nosso gosto. Num dos dias ao pequeno-almoço o leite estava estragado, mas acreditamos que tenha sido apenas um lapso pontual relacionado com a máquina de aquecimento/conservação.

O que mais gostei neste alojamento foi a localização e sem sombra de dúvidas as refeições desde ao pequeno almoço até ao jantar estava tudo excepcional, td muito bom mesmo. O spa ao fim do dia após as atividades na neve tbm foi um ponto positivo.

Cons:

A única reclamação que tenho é o ar condicionado do quarto, só funcionou uma vez depois à noite estava um calor imenso no quarto e o ar não ligava . De manhã testei outra vez e já dava mas só no quente o frio não, entretanto pra não passar tanto calor a solução foi abrir as janelas.

Cons:

Beds could be a bit better. The pillows were especially uncomfortable. There was also an issue with a sensor in the closet that kept making clicking sounds throughout the night.

The breakfast was lack-luster.
