Pros:

An excellent hotel with incredible view of the lake Fatehsagar. The staff is professional, courteous and well mannered. The rooms, are spacious, clean and comfortable, especially the lakeside view rooms, which have amazing view of the Lake.
The restaurant team, led by Mr Samir, took special care of us. An excellent choice to stay with family and kids.

Our stay at The Lakend was absolutely wonderful. The view is stunning and the rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The restaurants on the property are excellent and offer a great variety of food choices. The golden highlight of the stay was definitely their breakfast. Everything was fresh, delicious, and had so many options to choose from. It’s the perfect way to start your morning. The staff truly make this place special. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and makes you feel heard and taken care of. A huge shoutout to Sukhmani at the front desk — she was so attentive and kind. We originally wanted a lake view room but it was unavailable when we checked in. She made sure to arrange a lake view room for us the very next day (with upgrade charges) and ensured we got one of the best rooms. Initially, we were considering a few other hotels, but the welcoming nature and behavior of the staff is what made us choose The Lakend — and we are so glad we did. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting!

Beautiful old hotel and peaceful location. Would definitely consider visiting again.

Amazing hospitality, great stay. Room service, the staff, the ambience, the location, everything was top notch. Being just by the Fateh sagar is the best part. Sukhmani on the reception was very sweet and prompt to help everytime.
