I had a wonderful experience during my stay and all the hospitality management and staff was best. Special mentions Vicky Sir, and in house keeping Minakshi , bharat , Suman were very helpful and nice

The stay was very good. The staff were very courteous. Food was good. The location of the hotel is the best thing to mention.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Komal and Kanchan ji warmly welcomed us and showed us to our clean and beautiful lake view room. Special thanks to Himanshi ji for the room upgrade—it made our stay even better.

The stay was smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh and delicious veg options, and Badal ji’s hot, crisp dosa and uttapam were amazing.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the food!

Location of the hotel is too good and the hospitality from the staff as well, especially i would like to mention ‘Samir’ as he hosted us too well.

The hotel’s position overlooking Fateh Sagar Lake is its most memorable feature, providing beautiful views that immediately create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
The breakfast was really good with a nice variety and great taste.

If you are considering staying at the Lakend Hotel, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This property claims to be a 4.5-star hotel, but based on the sheer operational incompetence my family and I experienced, it deserves to be stripped down to a 1-star rating. They simply do not know how to run a decent hotel.
​From the moment we arrived, it was glaringly obvious that the staff were entirely unprepared for guests. Basic communication and service are non-existent. We had to call the front desk multiple times just to get something as simple as bottled water delivered to our room. We also had to make repeated requests just to get someone to check if our room fridge was actually working.
​However, the absolute worst part of our stay was the complete fiasco surrounding the pool. We were informed that their pool was out of order, which is disappointing but things happen. They offered to transfer us to a partner hotel to use their pool instead. After breakfast, we told the staff we were ready to go and were explicitly told a transfer cab would be ready in 20 minutes. We came down from our room right on time, only to discover absolutely nothing had been booked. We had to stand around waiting while the staff scrambled to finally call a cab.
​The return trip was an absolute nightmare. We were instructed to call the hotel staff when we finished swimming so they could dispatch a return cab. We called them FIVE times. We ended up waiting for nearly two hours. Every single time we called, the staff just offered empty apologies and falsely promised that the cab was "on the way."
​To add insult to injury, another group that requested a cab after us was picked up first. We were left stranded with my wife and our 4-year-old son, receiving nothing but a phone call telling us yet another cab was coming and to "keep waiting." Leaving a family stranded for hours while prioritizing other guests is beyond poor customer service; it is blatant disrespect.
​Save your money and your peace of mind. Do not stay here.
