Property is exceptional and incredible when it comes views and food and services. Especially when it comes tenu mam and Komal mam they are so professional and helpful to costomers. It was surreal dream staying at this property

We were returning from a wedding and stayed here for a day with our infant and parents. The location is very beautiful, with a view of Fatehsagar Lake. The rooms are not very big but are comfortable. The staff is very helpful and cordial. All the restaurants offer great food, especially Urban Tadka if you are travelling with family.

Apart from all the good things about the hotel, what truly stood out was how the staff took responsibility for everything within the hotel premises. On the morning of the day we were supposed to leave, I realised that my gold chain was missing. I remembered wearing it the previous night during dinner and immediately informed the hotel staff. It was 7 a.m., and we were scheduled to leave at 10:30. Sameer and the entire staff left no stone unturned to find my chain, especially since I hadn’t stepped out of the hotel even for a minute. Thankfully, they found it before we left.

I am extremely grateful to everyone involved, as the chain was given to me by my mother and holds great sentimental value. We will never forget our stay here and will definitely come back again.

Horrible experience. Staff does not know how to speak & respond. Rudely declined 10% off on food despite clear mention on booking voucher. No amenity in room on the pretext of Corona even in 2026. Room interiors are completely outdated. Below average breakfast quality. Nothing except view

I stayed at Lakend for 2 nights in March 2026 with 2 friends. We occupied 2 rooms and on our second night, the guests in the room next to us played extremely loud music way past midnight. A call to reception made no difference. This was followed by relentless loud, argumentative and aggressive behaviour, which reception staff told us in the morning, was due to the guests being drunk and unruly. The continuous shouting and raised voices made us feel unsafe and scared.
Three further phone calls to reception failed to stop the noise and disruption. We had an early flight the next day and the disappointing fact is that the hotel management or security were unable to control the situation. We felt unsafe and scared and had no sleep that night.
On one of my calls around 3 o'clock in the morning, we were asked if we wanted to change rooms. Given that we had to be up 2 hours later, we refused. But as far as the hotel is concerned their response to my complaint is that they did their utmost to help. They repeatedly asked the noisy guests to stop but this was ignored every time. It is disappointing that they had no power to take immediate and appropriate action to cause the least disruption to their other paying guests.
Although the hotel itself was in a beautiful setting and our first night was without incident, their failure to take responsibility and act accordingly during the second night gives me no confidence for any future visits. I would therefore not consider staying at this hotel again.

We booked a 2-night stay in an Executive Room (INR 25,231 with breakfast), but the experience was far below expectations and not even at a basic 3-star standard.

The room initially allocated to us was poorly maintained. The bathroom was in an unacceptable condition, with visible mould buildup, grime in corners, and clear signs of poor upkeep. This did not appear to be a one-time cleaning issue but rather a lack of proper maintenance. It was completely unacceptable at this price point.

After raising the issue at reception, we were offered an alternative room, but it was significantly smaller and we were asked to shift again the next day. This is highly inconvenient and not what one expects during a vacation.
We clearly requested either a room of the same category we paid for or a refund of the booking amount so that we could move to another hotel, but this was not addressed. The lack of resolution and accountability is disappointing.

We chose this hotel based on its reputation and past experiences, but this stay has been a serious letdown. While the location is excellent, the room quality, hygiene, and maintenance do not justify the pricing.

Strongly recommend management addresses basic cleanliness and maintenance standards. Until then, not recommended.

I stayed at Hotel Lake End and had a very pleasant experience. I really liked the place. The staff, especially Taruna, behaved very well and were very polite. I truly enjoyed my stay.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay and all the hospitality management and staff was best. Special mentions Vicky Sir, and in house keeping Minakshi , bharat , Suman were very helpful and nice

We had a great stay at the hotel. Komal and Kanchan ji warmly welcomed us and showed us to our clean and beautiful lake view room. Special thanks to Himanshi ji for the room upgrade—it made our stay even better.

The stay was smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh and delicious veg options, and Badal ji’s hot, crisp dosa and uttapam were amazing.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the food!

Location of the hotel is too good and the hospitality from the staff as well, especially i would like to mention ‘Samir’ as he hosted us too well.

Amazing experience with food and Excellent ambience of the place. Only shortfall , swimming pool was closed. Badal is the guy to get things in place. If anything get to it

The hotel’s position overlooking Fateh Sagar Lake is its most memorable feature, providing beautiful views that immediately create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
The breakfast was really good with a nice variety and great taste.
