die Zimmer sind etwas klein aber sehr sauber täglich frische weise Handtücher, sehr nettes Personal.

Been there many times and each time was excellent. The puffy queen room type is the best. Room amenities are well -chosen and in high quality. This time for the first time we had a problem at check-in. We guess the employee could not find the right reservation. So we had to pay for the second time(then he paid the money back anyway) no matter our reservation was an extra-self reservation. And he gave a standard room, our reservation was for a puffy queen room. Yet we are sure It was just a confusion due to the system or a name resemblance. So thats okay, he changed the room and paid the money back as soon as we noticed the situation. On the other side It is better to re-check your reservation before you go.
Everytime they welcome you and answer your phone in a warm behavior.
"Mr Ali" provided late check-out with us. Which was an excellent news for us. Thank you very much for making our vacation better and answering the call in the warmest behavior.
Will keep the hotel on our list for the future!

2 gece konakladık.Konum olarak oldukça iyi bir yerde. Otel tasarımı çok sevimli.Teras katı geniş, ferah ve manzara açısından oldukça güzel. Terasta sabah gün doğumunu izleyebilirsiniz. Genel olarak temiz ve düzenli bir otel. Personel güler yüzlü.

The second stay and everything was perfect as our first stay. We had the same room which was well cleaned and well decorated. The reception personnel was very kind. I made a non-refundable reservation for the wrong dates and he helped me a lot for changing my reservation. I had to call the hotel at least 3 times in a shift and the person i spoke was very helpful and kind. Thank you very much for the great service! Once more!

Puffy Queen Cloud room type has the most comfortable bed compared to other hotels. Everything was designed for comfort. Even slippers. The room was large, you cant find anything dirty or broken. Simply amazing. Thank you for the quality.

Konum cok iyi, otel cok tatli, gayet temiz, calisanlar nazik, tasarim cok tatli, ihtiyac olabilecek hersey dusunulmus, tek negatif ekleyebilecegim duvarlarin ince olmasi. Yan oda veya koridordaki gurultu biraz rahatsiz ediciydi. Bunun disinda harikaydi. Tesekkurler!

Die Dusche war leider ein bisschen undicht sodass sich oft viel Wasser auf dem Boden vor der Dusche befand. Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden, ein sehr schönes Zimmer und eine gute Lage. Klein aber fein.

Odalar temiz, ilk girdiğinizde hafif bir nem kokusu var ama odaların ufak ve banyonun tam yatağın karşısına denk gelmesinden kaynaklı. Marmaray ve Bakırköy Deniz otobüsü duraklarına 500 er metre mesafede.

Oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımsever bir personeli var. Teras odamız oldukça geniş ve modern döşenmişti. Terasında otururken denizi izlemek güzel bir deneyim oldu. Yaz ortası olmasına rağmen klima ve teras kapısıyla geceleri rahat uyuyabildik. Gürültü yoktu. Genel olarak temizdi. Tavsiye ederiz.

Der boden von unserem zimmer war sehr stark demoliert vermute durch ein wasserschaden es wurde jeden tag das zimmer geputzt aber zum schluss war nix gemacht worden auser die betten und dem müll eimer...

Tolles Hotel, sehr zentrale Lage, alles zu finden vor der Tür, herzliches personal, schön eingerichtete neue Zimmer. Gerne wieder :D

Sehr sehr freundlich hilfsbereit. Jederzeit erreichbar unzwar alle mitarbeiter. Vorallem der Pakistanischer mitarbeiter und die Kollegin..

Super angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr empfehlenwert. Lage sehr zentral alles sehr gut erreichbar.

Excellent place to stay for a stop over or couple of nights. The property was modern, clean, comfortable and basic in a positive way. You had everything you need. Great location for food and local shops. It’s a distance from the NEW airport, but worth the trip. Buses go to the new airport frequently.

Pretty good , silent and clean . It worths the every dolar that u sprent.
