Overall nice hotel, good location but no buffet breakfast.
Pros:

Nice, clean rooms, good location.

Cons:

For breakfast you have to go over the street to a cafe. It is not a buffet breakfast, you can choose from 6 options with either coffee, tea or water.

Breakfast is opposite the street in cafeteria. But very good and also nice ambiente.
Pros:

Clean and centrally located

Cons:

Some staff at reception not fluent in English and/or not really friendly. But might have been language barrier.
