The hotel is perfectly ok and the staff generally very friendly and helpful!
Pros:

Location is the best.

Cons:

At my arrival there was no receptionist to check me in. I had to wait for her 5-10 minutes which seemed like an eternity after a long day’s travelling. It was after well past 9pm and I needed to go out still to have my dinner!

No facilities to make hot drinks or a bar area where to get drinks. The restaurant is mostly closed and only open for breakfast which I didn’t have this time. I stayed here before and the breakfast (including eggs and porridge) were cold due to failure in heated plates.

Posizione centrale, all'arrivo c'è stato un problema per un guasto idraulico, ma mi hanno dato un'altra stanza ampia e confortevole.
