В целом, всё понравилось, кроме второго администратора - ей жирный минус.
Pros:

Вкуснейший завтрак, чистые номера, отличная, приветливая администратор (блондинка) и в принципе милейший персонал. И чудесная веранда с водопадом просто волшебная.

Cons:

Вторая администратор, которая брюнетка очень не понравилась. Умудрилась сделать замечание, что мы затопили номер (хотя в номере, как выяснилось в процессе приема душа, был забит слив, ну и вода постепенно вышла в номер. Забить слив мы никак не могли, потому, что пять минут как заселились и по-очереди приняли душ с дороги. К счастью, в тот момент была другая, хорошая, администратор (блондинка) и нас моментально переселили в другой аналогичный номер), сказала, что, мол, русские туристы всё портят. При этом её никогда не было на месте, на звонки она не отвечала.

I was fully satisfied with my stay and if I travel again with my family to Yerevan, I will definitely choose this hotel
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for about a week and rented the “Two Bedroom Apartment” unit. The cleanliness was excellent, the staff were very kind and always helpful, and the manager was extremely friendly and supportive.

Cons:

The only small downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so you need to use a car or taxi. However, the location has very fresh air and a pleasant environment, which I actually enjoyed a lot.

Pros:

Понравилось абсолютно всё — апартаменты шикарные и очень просторные. Мы брали вариант с двумя спальнями и залом, и в каждой спальне был свой санузел — огромный плюс. Есть и мини-кухня, всё очень комфортно, чисто и уютно. Отдельное спасибо за отличный персонал!

Pros:

Мы отдохнули в отели на 100%. Чисто, уютно, камфортно. Душевные люди, вкусные завтраки и обеды. Удобное расположение, 5 минут на машине до ТЦ, банкоматы рядом, кстати в Ереване в банкомате ВТБ можно снять с Мир драмы. Красота, порядок, чистота, ухоженная территория.
Прощались с сотрудниками отеля, как с родственниками. Рузана, просто супер, добрая, милая, заботливая. Единственный отель, где не торопили с выходом в 12 00, так получилось, вышли из номера в 16:00, никто не торопил и не просил доплатить.
Мы с семьей решили, возвращаться в этот отель. Всем рекомендую.
