Pros:

The staff at the reception were amazing, they went the extra mile to make sure guests were happy staying there. The front desk manager and the guest relationship manager were professional and extremely helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Cons:

The staff in the restaurant need to do a bit better, they were not up the standard you would expect to see at Ramada hotels. They had a poor command of English and were reluctant in listening to guests comments.

The hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was very good and they gave it for free for children.
Facilities are clean, modern and beautiful.

Cons:

If you travel for holiday and wanna see the historical places - it's quite far away.
