Nomade was amazing in terms of the location and its beauty. But the best part was the staff, especially the personnel of the wellness center. Clementina was the first person i met, is as if she could read my pain. She focus her full attention to me and we were talking way over past her shift. I went to her with a heavy heart just to set up some sessions and left there feeling so at ease just based on our conversations (such a beautiful soul) .Then i met Sol, who is such a sweetheart, she made my set up for a spa day smoothly as well as a healing session, gave me great advice and suggestions. Lola was clutch! Such a beautiful person, so understanding, and very professional. She knows how to definitely read peoples feelings. I went at a time that was cloudy, raining yet the personnel there made my stay amazing.

What a life changing experience. I think you’ll hear from many guests that people come to Nômade to disconnect and recharge, and while the wellness activities absolutely provide that, it was truly the staff and fellow guests that made this such an extraordinary stay.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the personal wellness concierge, Clementina. She made my Nômade experience everything that it was. From helping me select personal sessions, to adjusting times to accommodate my schedule, to personally walking me to events and making herself available before and after each session for any questions I had, working with her felt like such an unexpected gift. I know for a fact that I will be back because of this experience.

While I did have an issue with my room on the third night, the staff was incredibly prompt and accommodating in moving me to another lovely room. I opted for a standard room because I was a bit nervous about the outdoor bathing experience, so the Jungle Room ended up being the perfect middle ground for me.

The service staff kept every part of the resort clean, peaceful, and comfortable throughout my stay. I will note that it was a bit louder on Thursday night when Macondo was open, but aside from that, the atmosphere was incredibly serene and quiet, outside of the beautiful sounds of the ocean and nature, of course.

Having breakfast included definitely added to the overall value of the stay, and the nightly treats left in my room by the staff to help celebrate made the experience feel even more thoughtful and special.

Overall, this was such a beautiful and restorative experience, and I would absolutely recommend Nômade to anyone looking to recharge, reconnect, and experience genuine hospitality.

I so enjoyed my stay at Nômade Tulum. Everything was beautiful. I loved the natural and rustic layout. Meandering paths to get gently lost in, all the while knowing you are safe and calm. The casitas are comfy and cool. The perfect balance of design and effortless beauty. The classes are all amazing. Such great teachers and gorgeous settings to practice in. And the staff, everyone is so helpful and kind. They really make you feel like you belong there. All together Nômade makes for a great healing experience and I’ll definitely be back. Gracias!

Wonderful place to stay, even during low season. Love the wellness program, the restaurants on hotel territory, hotel team.

Location was incredible. It feels like you are in a real jungle on the sea, the grounds are immaculate. The vibes and decor are beautiful and very well selected. The food was beyond amazing. The rooms are great and very clean. The staff and service they provide is so incredible, timely, caring, professional, but at the same time make you feel like family. To be honest, the staff really made my stay the most welcoming, anyone can have a beautiful hotel but to run it as incredibly well as Nomade is a real art and talent. From check in to check out, they were always prompt and ready to help. During the stay, they always made sure I was enjoying my time and would go above and beyond to ensure that,

My baby and I went to visit Nomade for Mother’s Day weekend and received spectacular service. There was careful attention offered to our room selection and our concierge Ricardo and reception cultivated an easeful atmosphere and experience. We received pristine attention and the service was immaculate. Without a doubt I would return, thank you guys for a beautiful get away.

Place, nature, food and yoga activities

Nomade` Tulum was amazing! We went for my husband’s birthday- although we were looking for adult only, this property just looked amazing and it did not disappoint. The few kids there were well-behaved, but I will say - it’s not a kid place…I just know ours wouldn’t have enjoyed it. And we prefer adult only when not traveling with ours. It is definitely more for adults/couples/friend groups.
Ricardo was our concierge and I can’t speak enough great things about him! His recommendations were spot on! He catered to my every request and exceeded my expectations!
Our servers at Macondo for breakfast every morning were so incredibly friendly and attentive!
Chef Sergio at Kuu on property was phenomenal - don’t debate on going! The 14course tasting was our best meal!
Our cabana staff at the beach/pool were so quick and constantly checking in!
Housekeeping kept our room fresh and neat!
We are well seasoned, frequent travelers and used to staying in 5 star, luxury resorts - we were slightly apprehensive about staying at a more eco friendly, nature forward property, but we were so impressed by the staff and service here that we booked again for November!

Perfect hotel. Very nice staff & great food. Very clean rooms & pool area and outdoor lunch area near the pool is unmatched. The only downside was one Sunday night the hotel next to us BE Tulum was having a loud DJ party which kept us up until 2am. I wish our hotel would give us a notification that it was happening then we would have made plans to go! But we had a busy day and just wanted to sleep.

This is one of the most atmospheric and architecturally magical places I’ve ever stayed. The design is stunning, immersive, and genuinely transportive. The food is exceptional — the ceviche and smoked habanero dip were standout.

There is Wi-Fi throughout the property, but it’s inconsistent. It often disconnects when moving around the resort and sometimes requires reconnecting or even restarting the phone to trigger the login. Speeds can be slow during the day (though much faster late at night), suggesting a bandwidth or roaming issue. Nearby places like Los Bowls de Guadalupe have seamless auto-connect Wi-Fi — something the hotel may want to look into.

The vibe can lean a bit toward lively/party at times, with some smoking in outdoor areas. If you’re looking for a very quiet, meditative, or older-adult retreat, other nearby properties may be a better fit.

A couple of practical notes:
- Wildlife (coatis) can enter if patio doors aren’t fully secured — worth double-checking.
- The patio door latch can be tricky and may need improvement.
- Drinking water is limited: only one 600 mL complimentary bottle per guest per day, with additional bottles typically charged. In a hot climate, easier access to safe drinking water would be expected at a premium resort.

Overall: an incredibly beautiful and memorable stay, with a few operational details that, if improved, would make it truly world-class.

The wellness program is amazing! My favourite part of my stay. Jose and Sol are literally the soul of Nomade. Their gentle kindness is not often experienced. They are unicorns in this world!

Highly recommend staying beachside if you can swing it. We ended up booking multiple rooms for multiple people and that was by far our favorite. Even the more expensive suite that wasn't beachside wasn't quite as spectacular. Overall, though, a magical property.

On a passé un séjour absolument incroyable! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le lieu est tout simplement magique! une atmosphère bohème chic en pleine nature, avec une énergie apaisante qu’on ressent dès l’arrivée. Le cadre est exceptionnel, entre jungle et plage, idéal pour se déconnecter complètement.

Le service mérite une mention spéciale, le personnel est attentionné, chaleureux et toujours disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Gros coup de cœur aussi pour le restaurant La Popular. La cuisine y est délicieuse, raffinée et pleine de saveurs. Chaque repas était un vrai moment de plaisir.

J’y retournerai sans hésiter !
