Panorama Mountain Resort - Toby Creek Horsethief Condos

It was great!!

I liked the amenities but I didnt like when I book through Expedia for Toby Creek/Horsetheif Condos and the facility change it at checkin. Very disappointing, staff is also very rude, not very accomodating. She keeps telling that its an Upgrade but I didnt ask for Upgrade? She keeps arguing. I wonder why is she working at Front Desk Help? Worst experience ever with Customer Service.

Very nice resort. Love the ski in, ski out, so convenient. Also enjoyed the hot tubs. The ski hill is fantastic with such a large variety of runs. Enjoyed having lunch at the chalet at the summit. They have everything you need within the resort.

Pullout sofa mattress not great but using the couch cushions works! Has all you need

We are very disappointed with our rental. We arrived last night and the unit had a very strong smell of food, we can’t sleep very well because of this. Today after we came from the pool, we wanted to cook our dinner and the BBQ has a lock and also don’t have propane. As you see on my messages, I sent an email to you July 6th asking about the bbq , I didn’t receive any answer but I made a call two days after and a lady on the phone told me that according to the information the unit has a bbq. We brought all our food to make a bbq every day and now we are looking for a restaurant and we have to take our food back to home
Addition to this, the kitchen has all the utensils in very bad condition, old and the pots are badly washed, we had to wash them again.
It has been a very bad experience, we come here every year and this one has been the worst service we have received for the price that we paid.

The condo was spacious and large enough for our family

We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable and very close to activities nearby.

Some services closed due to off season stay

Great location for a family ski trip. Condo was dated but clean. Would stay there again.

Nice family hotel, hot summer hard to find ice around the resort but everything great in general

We request for 1 extra mattress they bring mid night 1 am and that was air bad . Servivce is not good al all .

Rooms were clean, had a nice corner room so I had an awesome view of the mountain. The rooms were very spacious. I would definitely stay again!

Nice location. Suite a bit dated. Stairs to loft were dangerously slippery, narrow and steep - poorly designed. Exterior needs some upgrading.

Listing was incorrect, they had us booked in the upper village (which would have been closer to the ski lift) but we were staying with friends that were in the lower village so that's where we wanted to be. Had to call the resort and hotels.com but they were very accommodating and re-booked it for us (thankfully there was room). Crystal at Panorama was very nice and likely fixed this booking for us.
