The rooms still smokes despites the signed show No Smoking. The reception very nice try to accommodate to rectify the problem.

The staff was very helpful and finding my reservations, I would recommend this hotel to all my friend's thank you Horison Hotel

Ambiance is very good ,neat and tidy. Easy to move arround yhe city

Lokasi strategis, posisi gedung hotel agak masuk kedalam tidak persis dipinggir jalan sehingga tidak bising, kamar bersih tersedia fasilitas kolam renang, parkir sangat luas....amenities (sabun) hanya diberikan 1 pc dengan ukuran kecil sehingga untuk mandi 1 orang pun sudah sangat tipis.....tersedia fasilitas karaoke di area restaurant diarea terbuka sehingga harus antri kalau mau ikutan karaoke dan waktunya dibatasi s/d jam 22.00 saja....

AC di dalam kamar kurang dingin sehingga kurang memuaskan untuk beristirahat.

Untuk harga menginap yang dikenakan, saya rasa semuanya sudah maximal.
Tentu jangan dibandingkan dng hotel2 besar yang tarifnya 6 a 7 kali lipat. Satu hal yg kurang ialah papan nama hotel dipinggir jalan terlalu kecil hingga kita bisa terlewat.

In general it’s a good stay, just the breakfast is bad, so next time if we’re coming back, we’ll just order room only.
If the hotel can give a better sleeper it’ll be great

Everything is good except that they don't have a table lamp for working as the room light is not bright for working.

This hotel is located in city center, nearby to some restaurants and the legendary Selabintana. With the high price, it comes with a standard service. No welcome drink, breakfast choice was average, no special at all. Electricity went blackout 3 times at the night I stayed there. The only good point is its strategic location and new building.

The staf is very friendly, always smile and they always greet us. The breakfast is good and delicious.

Nice hotel for short stay. Some elements of the room is not in place such as direction of Kabah, hair dryer and the plumb is not well. But the hotel staff is quick to respond to my request for assistance. So it does not really matter.

Most of the staff are juniors and not very experienced/professional.
Requested something from reception and 24 hours later still waiting? Had to remind them.
Fitness??? No gym or anything else.
I'll look elsewhere next time.

朝食のお粥が美味しかったのが一番印象に残ったいます。
ショッピングエリアまでも徒歩で可能です。
アルコール類が無いことはスカブミ地区の一番の欠点？です。
