Great location. Wouldn’t book again.

The location was good.

Cons:

When we got to our room there was crumbs all over the floor and desk.
The room was small.
When I asked reception for it to be vacuumed they moved us to the room next door and then the beds needed to be split apart. The room was cleaner at least. The beds are way too soft and uncomfortable and every time I got up the bed would move closer to my friends bed. I didn’t find the staff friendly and communication between reception and cleaning staff didn’t appear to be a thing.

From the moment we walked in I was impressed! Incredible staff, beautiful facility and exceptionally clean. The bed was ridiculously comfortable - something that many other places we’ve stayed is the biggest issue!

Not impressed, very disappointing

Location was great!

Cons:

Upon checking in the reception lady was extremely non personable. No smile, looked like she hated her job. When we asked for more than one room key she made us feel like it was the worse thing to ask. We paid for early check, we were told we could only get in at 3pm. I explained again we paid for early check which was confirmed the morning of when I called up to confirm with someone. We finally were able to get in once she eventually found on the system that we had in fact paid for early check in. This person who checked us in should not be in a customer service role. The room was also disappointing, we had water around our fridge, midgets flying in the room and orange peel in the mini cupboard.

Comfortable and decent sized room. Convenient location

Cons:

Very noisy as there is a nightclub across the street and room was actually dusty so cleaning could be improved.

The bed was really comfortable and the block out curtains worked a treat!

Cons:

It was an additional $60 to check in earlier than 3pm on top of having our room downgraded.
