Pricey bottled water or dirty fountain
Pros:

Charging $6 for a tiny bottle of water from the minibar while the only alternative is a dusty and grimy water fountain feels like a cash grab by management

Comfortable and conveniently located to the airport .
Pros:

I liked the foyer / lounge area at the front . A casual , comfortable , sunny ambience. Rooms are spacious , bed and pillows are very comfortable. 20 minutes from the airport

Very friendly and professional staff. Restaurant food was excellent.
Pros:

The room facilities were excellent. The curtain blocked light at night. Bathroom amenities are well planned. For example shampoo and shower amenities had large writing so old people can see with ease when they reach for cleaning lotions this was the first time I’ve seen this level of helpfulness.

Great location, large rooms, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Perfect location with nearby venues for food and drinks. Close proximity to the showgrounds for our concert. The room was large and spacious.

Cons:

The train station at the showgrounds was not working for transport to the city other than during events.
The TV in the room came on at random times in the middle of the night!

Great location for music festivals and bands at The Tivoli. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
Pros:

Beds are comfortable. rooms are clean and nice and dark!
breakfast is simple and convenient. Location is excellent.

Cons:

I have stayed multiple times in the last 2 years.
I have not received credit once, from not getting rooms cleaned daily when I stay more then one night.
Breakfast on last visit- was a bit disappointing, we were there about 7:30-8am- no eggs and some of the fruits were gone too.
I found it strange that it was Australia Day weekend, and the pizza place downstairs was closed the sunday and monday and so was the bar.
