Clean and tidy, excellent location - great staff. No wifi.
Cons:

The wifi did not connect at all. This was not a work alone trip but I did have to work while there. When I asked reception the helpful young woman showed me the most convoluted process to get connection - having Cheerful as the password was salt in the wound. The coffee/tea mugs in my room (101) had the barcode sticker on - where you drink from, not a big issue but not good either.

Pros:

Its close to the Exhibition Centre, train station and Kulcher coffee shop

Cons:

Don't think it is great value for money. Room was small and not very modern with no outlook. Besides Kulcher the food and retail options are pretty poor.

Pros:

Perfect location. My son loved the pool.

Cons:

No anti bacterial wipes left in the gym. Shower didn’t get very hot

Superb and friendly.
Pros:

This the 3rd year in a row I have stayed at the hotel for NRL Magic Round. I intend rebooking for 2027 once we know the dates.

Cons:

NA. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Very comfortable bed, good location

Cons:

Staff not very easy to understand , tv was difficult to connect to anything other than normal. No instructions left. Had to get lady upstairs to do

Good choice.
Pros:

Beautiful room, soo comfy, very clean, brilliant shower.

Cons:

We had to ring down to reception to get the air con on when we checked in and it was switched off again in the morning.

Great place to stay in the valley.
Pros:

Brilliant location, easy check in and check out and helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable and spotless.

Short, comfortable, easy to check in and out.
Pros:

Bedroom was nice, shower was comfortable and good pressure. Beds were very comfortable and easy to sleep in.

Cons:

Nothing really that I could say. Lack of utensils was a downside but nothing that would cause me not to stay there in the future.
