Good for price minus parking miscommunication
Pros:

Location in price

Cons:

All communication about parking even after calling given incorrect advice about where to park to get validation then made to feel silly when trying to validate lack of acknowledgement. When advised what was told other than sorry it’s nothing I can do.

This was an excellent hotel and I would recommend it to others.
Pros:

The location was incredibly convenient and not in a noisy area. The room was immaculately clean upon arrival and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.

Cons:

The body wash, shampoo and conditioner were close to empty no one had re-filled it. The air-conditioning was not left on, on arrival and it was quite warm and stuffy. Usually, when you go into your hotel room and the air-conditioning is on makes it pleasant and comfortable upon arrival especially travelling for some time. We noticed there was no bottle opener to open your beer which required a bottle opener, thank goodness my husband could open the beer using a spoon.

can't see why it cost so much - no value there at all - not even a nice view for all that money.

didn't like that I knew nothing, and wasn't told about using key card for lift, etc -felt really stupid as I wasn't told by staff that it was needed. Nor that card should have been put into gizmo to get lights, etc working. We don't all spend our lives in ridiculously expensive hotels. The staff "asumed" we'd know such things. People should NEVER assume anything and staff should inform guests of everything they need to know. Did not like that the only tea bags there were lemon & ginger. Really? Thank goodness we took our own tea, coffee and sugar with us. Rip off merchants.
