Pros:

The hotel was clean. The reception staff were amazing. I was a nice stay at a good hotel and good price.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet. I just been to India and Thailand and they offered more dishes similar to main meals with meat and or pasta/ noodles, instead of cerrals, lollies.

Brilliant and comfortable rooms with great customer service. Will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Great location. We booked it as we were going to a concert at the Tivoli which was round the corner. Lots of dining options in walking distance. Lovely generous rooms.

Cons:

Couldn’t really fault it. Check in was at 3pm which felt a little late.

Disappointed. We came to Brisbane on our way out of Gold Coast and this hotel sis.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room and the beds.

Cons:

The pool was dirty and small.
The bar had loud music right under us ( we are not opposed to this but had a 630AM departure time)
The coffee shop wasn’t open for our departure on Sunday.
The handle in the shower fell off when turning the handle.
Coffee maker didn’t work.
For $320-350 per night, this definitely did not meet my expectations.

Perfect overnight stay for a night out in the city!
Pros:

Great location for what we needed and a lovely hotel room with a very comfy, huge bed! Really quiet at night too despite being fully booked and in a busy location.

Cons:

I thought the pool was a bit bigger from photos but it was still nice for a quick dip in the morning.
