Comfortable room with a 12 noon check out and in contrast facilities in need of repair or upgrade.
Pros:

Did not go to the breakfast as we got in late and slept in. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

However, the facilities overall appeared worn and in need of repair or upgrade. Carpets were dirty and needed vacuuming. Despite the staff being friendly, the one member was training and it took a while to get checked in; it was late and we were tired. Free waters and snacks were not offered but waters given when I asked.

It was comfortable
Pros:

Overall the stay was comfortable. The breakfast and the location was a plus.

Cons:

The problem was not getting room service for our complete stay. We had to ask for more towels but had to take the dirty ones to the front desk We had to pile the trash we used grocery bags in our room, I didn't like leaving it that way. No staff knew how to fix the TV, we figured it out on the 2nd night

Pros:

The room is extremely pleasant, well maintained, and very clean. The bed is comfortable, and the atmosphere creates a real sense of rest. The breakfast is very good, with nice options to start the day. Excellent for a peaceful stay.
