Crappy hotel with don't give a s@#$ workers that seem to not want to be there

Was fairly clean

Cons:

Pros:

Breakfast as there are no substitute for non pork patrons (meat), and the coffee was weak.

Pros:

I always like the stay because I'm close to my grandchildren. The rooms usually are excellent and staff always are friendly and courteous.

Cons:

I didn't like that they charge you a $100 dollar fee when you check-in. That's for damages or extra charges to your room. I understand we have people that cause damage, but I should be able to checkout the room I'm put in for damages so I won't be charged for others.

Great stay.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and professional. The room was very clean, and set up well. Location was great. Very close food and shopping.

There wasn't anything that I did not like.

Disappointing so-called Marriott Stay near Columbia
Pros:

The location is good. Many good restaurants are nearby.

Cons:

For a suite room, the size of the room is quite small. We stayed at a motel in Cookeville during the same trip with much bigger rooms and much better lighting.

No water filter available. Had to make arrangements for drinking water. On top of that we got locked out of our own room due to some technical glitches.

During breakfast, there was no option for sliced bread, only bagels.

Poor experience
Pros:

Water in shower didn’t properly drain at all. Standing water in shower. Breakfast was mediocre. How are you going to do breakfast with no eggs. Just potatoes, bacon and turkey sausage. WTH is that. Be careful of the elevator sounds like final destination.

Pros:

The lady who checked us in was the sweetest and so helpful!
I was so thankful that everything was cleaned well that is a huge plus!

Cons:

The pool and the pool area. There was no place to sit in the shade and it was really small.
