It was absolutely disgusting, dirty there was dirt on the walls dirt on the floor black mold in the bathroom the shower head didn't work the rooms were just filthy the sheets were stained the towels you had to pay to exchange, you had to pay to have your trash emptied. , they charge an exorbitant rate because they are considered a hotel but the way they operated and the dirtiness they are a motel. Absolutely disgusting

I want a full refund. O was there for 3 hours. Room had Roaches and took videos and pictures I had to leave room it can be seems on hotel cameras. It had many roches. I WANT A FULL REDUND AND RHAT WAS PROMISED TO ME FEOM HOTEL.

The room was very unpleasant
Pros:

This hotel was horrible; there was a bug in the room, and the hotel staff refused to change our room! The hallways stink of smoke and meldew, I was extremely uncomfortable and demand a refund!

Wont be staying here again.

Cons:

As soon as I walked in no one was at the front desk.I waited 15 mins before being greeted.I came from out of town so I was eager to get to my room. The place had a syrong smell and roachss. And the cost was very expensive and I dont think it was worth the money.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in over 15years— dirty, noisy, and unsafe. Do NOT stay here.

Cons:

I travel for work constantly and have stayed in countless hotels over the past 15+ years — this was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had.

For $230 a night, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and cleanliness. Instead, the room was extremely bare-bones — no lamps, a flimsy cot-style bed, and a smell that was nearly unbearable. To make matters worse, there were multiple cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable at any price point.

And somehow, that still wasn’t the worst part.

The noise on the floor was out of control. Guests were loud well past midnight, and around 1 AM, officers showed up for a wellness check and pounded on a nearby door for over 30 minutes. There was absolutely no sense of management or control over the situation, making it impossible to sleep.

This place is not worth the money — or the headache. I would strongly urge anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere.
