Бяхме в 4 стаи Те са много чисти,широки и удобни.Мястото е много спокойно и от терасите има страхотна гледка.Июсше отлична закуска и отношението от персонала беше отлично.Дори собственичката беше там.

Pros:

A nice hotel with a view of the mountains and a remarkable background: The owner, Ekaterina Dafovska, is the gold medal winner in biathlon at the 1998 Winter Olympic games. You can see a collection of her medals and other memorabilia in the hotel lobby. She runs the hotel and is happy to chat. She even provided signed photos for our children. The hotel is well run, with tasty breakfast. It is close to good restaurants, hiking trails, and ski slopes.

Cons:

The room didn't have good blackout curtains, so it got light quite early. The WiFi in our room was a bit patchy.

Excellent stay in Pamporovo!
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel while attending a wedding in Pamporovo and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was good and offered everything needed to start the day. The location is perfect, with easy access to the main attractions and beautiful surroundings.

Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
