Angelo d'Oro Heritage Hotel

We had an amazing stay with Angelo D’Oro at Trevisol Apartments in Rovinj. We decided to go for an apartment as we fancied a more secluded, quiet experience. And this was exactly that.

We opted for the sea view apartment and were not disappointed. Incredible sea views from the living room windows.

The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for.

The staff at Angelo D’Oro were so helpful throughout - they dropped us and our luggage off at the apartment in a golf buggy which meant we didn’t need to drag our luggage a second time on the cobbled streets.

They also helped us with local food recommendations as well as restaurants that catered to vegans, and helped us with dinner reservations.

On check out day they collected us and dropped us right to the bus station which was so kind!

Really impressed with the service and Trevisol Apartments which is right by the sea front - only one or two rows back and very easy to access on foot.

In terms of accessibility our apartment was on the 4th floor with no lift so do take that into consideration.

We would definitely book with Angelo D’Oro again and would recommend to friends and family.

One night in Rovinj

Loved the location, the shuttle from the car park to the hotel and the greeting when checking in and from all staff whenever in the hotel

Great stay in a beautiful property and perfect location in Rovinj old town. Helpful private parking lot with shuttle transportation so you don't have to lug your baggage through the old town. Staff were a highlight and extremely helpful and kind- especially Bojana, Kristian, Angelo and Ksenija. Would highly recommend!

Booking was smooth, and the transfer was smooth from the airport.
The check in was straight forward. Then we were shown to our room, 107. The smallest, darkest room we have ever stayed in. Breakfast service was good, friendly. The breakfast offering was limited & milk turned due to the heat & no cold storage.
The terrace area has 2 seats & not really somewhere you would go to.
The location is great!! We booked direct as we really try to avoid third party fees for the hotel, absolutely no point with this hotel, still given the worst room possible. See attached a picture of the balcony 🤣
The manager was really nice & professional.

This was our third stay at the hotel in as many years, and overall, it was another great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming as always, and the location remains ideal. The only letdown this time was the breakfast – the selection felt very limited compared to previous visits. Still, we truly enjoy staying here and look forward to coming back again.

This place is wonderful. Easy off site parking with a gold cart pick up. It was right in the middle of busy Rovinj but quiet and clean in the hotel. I would stay there again.

Rovinj is a beautiful town. The staff at Angelo D'Oro were amazing and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious and it is in an excellent location. Great breakfast.

This is an exceptional hotel on every level. It is beautiful and in the centre of the old town, with easy access to the water, shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours and attractions.
The room I had exceeded all expectations - the views, the decor, the AC (!) the wonderful bed, shower, etc. were, along with the tiny details, faultless.
The staff were exceptional. From the guys who drove me to and from the taxi, who carried my case, to everyone on reception who ordered a cab to the airport, gifted me wine, and because I would miss breakfast, packed lunch for me! This is real hospitality!
I would return here is a heartbeat - it is a truly wonderful hotel.

If you want to be in the heart of Rovinj- this is the place to be. The hotel was perfect for a night or two. Staff was great, location was great and the room was small but all we needed. Bathroom was nice and was newly renovated. The hotel comes with a lovely breakfast.
