Pros:

Posizione centralissima, hotel molto bello con camere eleganti, colazione buona e varia e super gentilezza del personale, che ringrazio anche per l’attenzione dimostrata nei confronti del nostro piccolo barboncino!
Il parcheggio dista circa 600 m dall’hotel ma è disponibile un servizio di navetta per trasporto bagagli agevolato per il check in ed il check out.
Lo consiglio assolutamente e spero di tornare presto!

A beautiful historic hotel in the centre of Rovinj old town
Pros:

Would recommend this beautiful hotel. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Lots of variety - cooked and pastries, meuseli, salad and cold meats. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and everything exceptionally clean. The staff were all helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

We loved the hotel but we were in one of the attic rooms and were woken so early in the morning as the curtains don’t block out light effectively. As our bed was under the window we had light on our faces from dawn. It would also have been nice to have a daily bottle of water in the bedroom for the price.

Itt tényleg minden és mindenki a vendégért van.
Pros:

Már az érkezés előtti kommunikáció is kifogástalan volt. Sajnos a lányomat az utazás előtt baleset érte, de nem szerettük volna lemondani a nyaralást. A hotel személyzete azonnal a legkönnyebben megközelíthető szobát adta nekünk, és a tartózkodásunk során is végig mindenben segítettek. Sok helyen jártam már, de ilyen hozzáállást sehol nem tapasztaltam. Persze mindemellett a hotel, a szoba, a fürdőszoba csodaszép és makulátlanul tiszta volt, a reggeli finom, a kávé isteni, a személyzet minden tagja maximálisan kedves, barátságos és segítőkész. Biztosan visszatérünk még!

Pros:

Exceptionally friendly staff, always willing to help. Hotel is in downtown but still quiet. It's own parking space is wall protected and with secure access. Plan to take tourist train (4eur pp) or taxi (c.ca 10eur) to the nearest beach of your choice. All recommendations...

Cons:

Strangely, mini bar fridge is installed but was not operating. Would have come in handy for fruits...
