Het is beter gekund.

Ik heb iets vergeten in de koelkast van het hotel. Niemand belde mijn op om te vragen of ik terug zal halen, ok ze voor me zouden bewaren. Nieks. En ze hebben mijn email, ze hebben met me communiceert maar niet daarna.

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar
Cons:

O vaso sanitário estava cheio de mofo no assento, bem nojento (tenho fotos). Não que eu seja fresca com limpeza, mas tinha mofo mesmo.

Atendimento aquém
Pros:

A localização deste hotel é ótima. E no geral parece muito ok para adultos viajando.

Cons:

O atendimento foi muito ruim. Chegamos (viagem em família de três adultos e duas crianças pequenas) e mesmo com três pessoas na recepção, tendo aquele carrinho de malas no hotel, ninguém se disponibilizou a nos ajudar. Isso já foi estranho, mas ok. O ruim mesmo foi na hora de dormir, pedir um travesseiro extra, por telefone e falarem que é para vir buscar, mesmo você estando de pijama, e desligarem na sua cara. Depois, ninguém se preocupou em retornar a ligação, ver se o hóspede estava precisando ainda do travesseiro ou não. Achei o pior tratamento que já recebi em um hotel, porque em hotéis, além de sermos hóspedes, pagamos para ser bem tratados.
