Pros:

The exceptional service provided by Nico, Gab, and Mark at the front desk was greatly appreciated. Zeny and Alfonso consistently offered attentive assistance at the entrance. We extend our gratitude to James and the bar and restaurant staff for their excellent care during our stay. Our housekeepers also deserve commendation for their outstanding work.

Pros:

Close to SM and the rooms were very clean. Friendly staff and very accommodating.

Cons:

Check-in was slightly delayed…people were still in the rooms. They were a little slow responding to my messages.

What I liked most about the property was its convenient location. We were able to easily walk to SM and several nearby restaurants, making it simple to find places to eat, shop, and explore. The staff were also very welcoming, and the security guards were especially helpful with parking, which made our arrival and stay much more convenient and enjoyable.

Cons:

One minor issue was that the air-conditioning unit did not seem to cool the room as effectively as expected. It was not a major drawback and did not significantly affect our stay, but I thought it would be worth mentioning for future reference. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

Ate Zeny who was the friendliest staff in the hotel. Water pressure was amazing. Cleaning staff were also very attentive.

Awesome staffs, great location, lots of restaurants nearby.
