Aside from the perfect location, i love the warm treatment of all the staff from the security to receptionist Sha and housekeeping

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Mr. James assisted me with my booking & reservation, he is very accomodating.

The staff were also welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Mr. Gab & Ms. Aira also assisted me with my requests regarding the rooms that we booked.

The rooms were clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby mall, restaurants, and transportation. The facilities were excellent and well-kept, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.

Overall, I had a great experience and truly enjoyed my time here. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

I know this review comes a little late, but I truly wanted to write something that reflected how grateful I am.

Due to the unexpected closure of Qatari airspace during the Iran–Qatar conflict, I was stranded in Clark for 28 days. As a cabin crew member based in Qatar, I had no idea when I would be able to return home. What could have been one of the most stressful periods of my life became so much easier because of the incredible people at Park Inn by Radisson Clark.

For almost a month, this hotel wasn’t just a place to sleep it became my home.

Every single day, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel like I belonged. Those little moments meant more than they probably realize.

I would especially like to thank:

Nico, John, Michie, Yana, Chezka, Alanis, ZY, Lhen (our wonderful security guard), Aira, Marg, Dion, Robb, Kyle, Rhea, Sey, and Albert.

Each one of you played a part in making my stay memorable. Whether it was helping with a request, sharing a smile after a long day, making conversation, or simply showing kindness, you reminded me why Filipino hospitality is admired all over the world.

Being away from home for an uncertain amount of time can be mentally exhausting, but your professionalism, patience, and genuine care turned an unfortunate situation into an experience I will always remember with gratitude.

The staff is very accommodationg .

I dined at the café in the evening while waiting for my partner to arrive from the airport. I ordered a latte and the French toast. I was excited to see that they served French toast in the evening, as it's not something many cafés offer.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the French toast. The bread didn't seem to be brioche as I expected. Instead, it was thin sliced sandwich bread, with three slices stacked together. While the presentation was decent, the quality of the bread didn't match the price. For what was served, I don't think it offered good value for money.

The latte was enjoyable, and the café itself has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I just hope they improve the quality of the French toast, as it has the potential to be a great menu item.

Comfortable environment, very cozy bed, and a convenient location close to shopping malls. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Big thanks to sir Ace, Ms Sha, Ms Aira singkit, and to the other team members during our 4 days stay. Also to their awesome housekeeping, Ms Soan, Sir Ian, and Sir Winston.

Location is superb as all you need is just around the hotel even some places to go like museums and parks are nearby.
We always choose this hotel whenever we are in Pampanga.

I have stayed at this property multiple times since 2024 if I remember correctly, and each visit has consistently been a positive experience.

The quality of service, particularly from the Front Desk team, has always been exceptional. Big shoutout to Sha and Yanna for their professionalism and assistance. They made my check-in process seamless and took the time to thoroughly explain my membership-related inquiries. Thanks to their excellent support, I was also able to receive an upgrade.

Park Inn by Radisson remains my preferred choice whenever I visit Pampanga, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
