Room far too dark . Lighting was not adequate for eating or work.
Staff friendliness and professionalism
I stayed there last week and had a very disappointing experience due to the guests in the room opposite mine. On the first night, they had a visitor who was screaming for hours and refusing to leave, creating a major disturbance late into the night. On another day, they were playing loud music and walking around the hallway half naked.
While the misconduct was clearly caused by the guests, I cannot understand why behaviour of this kind was tolerated in a luxury hotel. More importantly, I am concerned by how poorly the hotel handled the situation. If staff are dealing with noisy or disruptive guests, they should remove the issue from the hallway and guest room area—such as by directing them to the lobby or another private space—so that other paying guests are not affected.
To make matters worse, the internet was unreliable and barely worked for much of my stay.
Overall, this experience significantly affected my stay and fell well below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level.

I had booked two rooms. They managed to lose one of them in the course of date change. When I arrived I ended up waiting ten minutes to even be acknowledged by the desk as one person was on the phone and the other two stood there staring at me pointing to the person on the phone. As mentioned, they lost my reservation, so they spent 35 minutes scouring my confirmation details on booking.com and emails to try and find out how I had made a mistake. After finally determining it was their fault we could (I thought) finally resolve the situation and get on with checking in. Wrong! Upon simple request of having my rooms on the same floor they had the audacity to ask for more money. I wasn't looking for an upgrade, I wasn't looking for anything other than polite, efficient check in, and perhaps the convenience of my family being located near each other and all they can do is tell me how much more money I needed to spend. I was not going to spend 1 peso more as after this experience I realized I had overpaid for this booking. I had pre-arranged a baby cot. Of course that was not ready, and took nearly an hour to finally show up. Also, the breakfast wasn't worth it. Save your money and walk to the mall. I honestly can't wait to see the BS response about how it wasn't their fault....
Staff were very welcoming, facility was clean and I felt safe. Breakfast had variety, healthy and satisfying. Location of hotel is the perfect place to shop and eat at numerous eateries - all within walkind distance and starts upon exiting the hotel. I will come back here again. PLUS easy access from Manila airport with a non stop bus ride and drops you off just a kilometer away from the hotel. So convenient.

I like the proximity to the mall but hoped there was no connection to SMX (esp when there are events, too crowded).

Towels can use replacement. I asked for 2 beds as there was an option but didn't get it. I upgraded to superior room (added more) but really don't know the difference to the deluxe as I found it small.

The front desk forgot to return my ID. I checked out the next day and didn't bother to return the ID while I was there.
Realized left my ID after a day. I asked them to mail it to me. It's been 3 weeks and still no ID returned

The location was perfect!
The room was small, comfort room was very small too. It took too long for the operator/front desk to answer calls maybe the hotel is understaff. The cleaners were ploite and courteous it's just that they need more training in cleaning. Out room was not orderly and untidy despite that they already cleaned it. THe cleaner even left the wet dirty towel from the comfort room on top of our luggage. They gave us only 1 towel when there were 2 of us booked in the room. When we requested for another one it took them more than 3 hours to give it. There was also no replacement of coffee and tea. No teaspoon or stirrer for coffee was available. The front desk upon our check in required us of a 2,000 deposit per night just in case according to him we will consume any of what's in the fridge even if it was totally empty. In other hotels they waive the said deposit. I hope they train their staff on Customer Enhancement and proper cleaning and sanitation. The Guards were friendly and courteous and we appreciate them.
