Is a nice hotel but needs to improve customer service at check in and make sure they have hot water

The service at check in. Only one person with a line of 10 people checking in. As a result it took 15-20 minutes to check in.
The room had no hot water for shower and sink.

Close to the mall. Friendly and accommodating staffs. Clean room and facilities. You can relax really. 😌

Cons:

The connection on most of the channels on TV got disconnected in the afternoon till the next day. Reception said they are already fixing it. But nothing has changes till we checked out the next day.

I booked a Superior room and I indicated that we have an 11 yo child. I understand that there are other choices for rooms like 1 king size bed for the 3 of us and the other one is 2 single beds. Knowing the person who booked your rooms already indicated that we have an 11 yo child or we booked for 3. At least the other bed should be double and 1 single bed instead. The king size bed was fine but what if all of ur king size bed (room)) were fully booked. At least for family of 3 we can chose king size bed room or 1 double size bed + single bed room. 2 single beds is not enough for a family of 3 with a kid. We put the beds together but the gap in between was hard for our kid to sleep in.

Ontbijt was zeer goed.
Een perfecte ligging van het hotel, juist naast het groot winkelcentrum en
20 min. van de luchthaven .

Cons:

Moest de prijs ietsje minder zijn dan zouden we langer zijn gebleven.

Comfortable and convenient with lovely staff.
Pros:

Location at the top of the SM Mall is very convenient for shopping and a wide range of food options.
The staff are utterly lovely. Always so kind and friendly.
Breakfast was good with a range of western and Asian food.
The pool is nice, a little cold. The area around the pool is basic but fine.
The gym is good with weights and a few machines.

Cons:

Hot water in the shower is not very hot.
Sometimes the smell of garbage when in the pool area (not the hotel's fault).

Hotel top pour une escale à Clark
Pros:

Un hôtel nickel, très récent, parfait pour une étape en transit avion sur l'aéroport de Clark, super bien situé aux porte d'un centre commercial tout récent plein de jolies boutiques et restaus. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner buffet est excellent. Les chambres sont petites mais avec tout le confort moderne. Literie super bonne. Cosy. Nous y retournerons chaque fois que nous aurons besoin de faire escale à Clark.
